車輛外廓尺寸檢測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,我國汽車擁有量大幅提升,由非法車輛改裝導(dǎo)致的超載超限引發(fā)了一系列社會(huì)環(huán)境問題,對(duì)國家和人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成巨大損失!兜缆奋囕v外廓尺寸、軸荷及質(zhì)量限值》(GB1589-2004)嚴(yán)格規(guī)范車輛生產(chǎn)廠家的生產(chǎn)。《營運(yùn)車輛綜合性能要求和檢驗(yàn)方法》(GB18565-2001)要求車輛不得任意改造其結(jié)構(gòu),且需要對(duì)汽車尺寸參數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測。車輛外廓尺寸參數(shù)成為汽車通過性參數(shù)及運(yùn)行安全檢測的重要內(nèi)容之一。 本文提出一種車輛外廓尺寸的檢測方法,該方法利用投影測量原理,通過光幕傳感器構(gòu)造立體平行光源,通過檢測車輛對(duì)平行光束的遮擋來測量車輛外型尺寸。車輛外廓尺寸檢測系統(tǒng)是一種典型測試測量系統(tǒng),采用上中下三層系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)安裝了大量傳感器,自主開發(fā)了一款嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)傳感器信息高速實(shí)時(shí)采集和控制,并通過以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)向上位機(jī)程序傳輸數(shù)據(jù)。運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代軟件設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)可靠性高和擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)的上位機(jī)程序,為系統(tǒng)將來的擴(kuò)展升級(jí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先詳細(xì)分析了車輛外廓尺寸參數(shù)檢測的必要性及當(dāng)前研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出了一套可行的檢測系統(tǒng)方案。然后詳細(xì)介紹基于ARM Contex-M3芯片的數(shù)據(jù)采集,并重點(diǎn)說明了采集卡關(guān)鍵部分硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)。在μCOS/II實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)和LWIP網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議棧的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行嵌入式軟件設(shè)計(jì)。在系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)中,首先介紹了LabVIEW開發(fā)平臺(tái),然后深入研究基于面向?qū)ο缶幊痰木C合型應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計(jì)模式和各個(gè)功能模塊程序設(shè)計(jì)。通過實(shí)車測試驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和精確性,表明系統(tǒng)達(dá)到預(yù)期研究目標(biāo),滿足檢測要求。最后歸納總結(jié)論文所完成工作,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)后續(xù)可以繼續(xù)研究的方面進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, car ownership in China has been greatly increased. Overloading and overloading caused by illegal vehicle conversion has caused a series of social and environmental problems, resulting in huge loss of life and property of the state and people. The axle load and mass limit value > (GB1589-2004) strictly regulates the production of the vehicle manufacturer. (GB18565-2001) requires that the vehicle must not be arbitrarily modified its structure, and the size parameters of the vehicle should be tested. The dimension parameter of vehicle profile has become one of the important contents of vehicle passing parameter and running safety detection. In this paper, a method of measuring vehicle exterior dimension is presented. The method uses projection measurement principle, constructs stereoscopic parallel light source through light screen sensor, and measures vehicle exterior dimension by detecting the occlusion of vehicle to parallel light beam. The vehicle profile measurement system is a typical measuring system, which adopts the structure of upper, middle and lower layers. A large number of sensors are installed in the system, and an embedded data acquisition card is developed, which can collect and control the sensor information at high speed and in real time, and transmit data to the host computer by Ethernet technology. The application of modern software design technology to develop the upper computer program with high reliability and strong expansibility lays the foundation for the future expansion and upgrade of the system. In this paper, the necessity and current research status of vehicle exterior dimension parameter detection are analyzed in detail, and a set of feasible detection system scheme is put forward in this paper. Then the data acquisition based on ARM Contex-M3 chip is introduced in detail, and the hardware circuit design of the key part of the acquisition card is emphasized. The embedded software is designed on the basis of 渭 COS/II real-time operating system and LWIP network protocol stack. In the design of the upper computer of the system, the LabVIEW development platform is first introduced, and then the design pattern of integrated application program based on object-oriented programming and the program design of each function module are deeply studied. The stability and accuracy of the system are verified by real vehicle test, which shows that the system achieves the expected research goal and meets the detection requirements. Finally, the paper summarizes the work done, and the system can continue to study the future aspects of the outlook.
