Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼防斷性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼的斷裂抗力隨溫度的變化規(guī)律,針對5種不同厚度規(guī)格(16,32,44,50,60mm)的Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼母材和焊接接頭,進行常溫和低溫環(huán)境條件下的深缺口寬板拉伸試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:隨著強度的提升以及細化晶粒,板厚32 mm以下的Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼母材的斷裂韌度Kc值總體上高于Q370qE和Q345qD橋梁鋼,也比Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼焊接接頭高;在試驗溫度低于-40℃后,板厚44mm以上的Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼母材的Kc指標有所下降;與Q370qE和Q345qD橋梁鋼焊縫相比,Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼焊接接頭的Kc沒有明顯的提高;需要進一步研發(fā)提高Q500qE高性能橋梁鋼厚板以及焊接接頭防斷性能的措施。
[Abstract]:In order to study the variation of fracture resistance of Q500qE high performance bridge steel with temperature, the deep notched wide plate tensile tests were carried out under normal and low temperature conditions for five kinds of Q500qE high performance bridge steel base materials and welded joints with different thickness specifications (1632x 450,60mm). The results show that with the increase of strength and refinement of grain, the fracture toughness Kc value of Q500qE high performance bridge steel under 32 mm plate thickness is higher than that of Q370qE and Q345qD bridge steel, and also higher than that of Q500qE high performance bridge steel welded joint.
