【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展，我國(guó)的城市數(shù)量及規(guī)模也在不斷擴(kuò)大，，城市道路猶如一條條血脈貫通著城市的交通。路網(wǎng)的建設(shè)關(guān)系到一個(gè)城市的活力與發(fā)展，目前，我國(guó)的市政道路建設(shè)不管是在施工工藝，還是技術(shù)水平上都有了很大的進(jìn)步，但是由于市政道路工程本身具有特殊性，一些工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題也引起了社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注，如何在保證工程進(jìn)度的前提下，又能兼顧質(zhì)量控制，是市政道路管理部門(mén)值得深思的問(wèn)題。 長(zhǎng)春市中山大街道路維修工程作為長(zhǎng)春市城市道路建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，其工程質(zhì)量的控制尤為重要，因此，選取該項(xiàng)目作為質(zhì)量管理控制的分析對(duì)象具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文簡(jiǎn)要概述道路質(zhì)量和特點(diǎn)，從而進(jìn)一步闡述道路工程質(zhì)量控制的基本原理，結(jié)合中山大街道路工程的實(shí)際情況，采取理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法，對(duì)中山大街道路維修工程質(zhì)量控制體系進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建，介紹了中山大街道路維修工程的施工工序，并對(duì)影響工程質(zhì)量的因素進(jìn)行了分析，確定了中山大街道路維修工程質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。 本文對(duì)中山大街道路維修工程制定了詳盡的質(zhì)量控制方案，包括施工前質(zhì)量控制方案、施工階段質(zhì)量控制方案、驗(yàn)收階段質(zhì)量控制方案，并對(duì)保證質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的施工質(zhì)量制定了質(zhì)量控制措施。 此外，本文參考有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的控制進(jìn)行理論分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)實(shí)際的項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理，對(duì)分析數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行論證歸納，希望通過(guò)總結(jié)出的一些建議，能夠?qū)ΡＵ显擁?xiàng)目的質(zhì)量起到一定的作用，也能對(duì)今后的城市道路施工質(zhì)量控制研究具有一點(diǎn)參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction, the number and scale of cities in our country are also expanding. The construction of road network is related to the vitality and development of a city. At present, the construction of municipal roads in our country has made great progress in both construction technology and technical level. However, due to the particularity of municipal road engineering itself, the construction of road network is related to the vitality and development of a city. Some engineering quality problems have also aroused widespread concern in the society. How to ensure the progress of the project while also taking into account the quality control is a problem worth pondering by the municipal road management department. Changchun Zhongshan Street road maintenance project is the key project of Changchun city road construction, and its engineering quality control is particularly important. Therefore, it is of practical significance to select the project as the analysis object of quality management control. This paper briefly outlines the road quality and characteristics, and further expounds the basic principles of road engineering quality control, combining with the actual situation of Zhongshan Avenue road engineering, adopting the research method of combining theory with practice. The quality control system of Zhongshan Street road maintenance project is constructed, the construction procedure of Zhongshan street road maintenance project is introduced, and the factors influencing the project quality are analyzed. The key points of quality control of Zhongshan Street road maintenance project are determined. In this paper, a detailed quality control scheme for the Zhongshan Avenue road maintenance project is formulated, including the quality control scheme before construction, the quality control scheme during construction phase, and the quality control scheme in acceptance stage. The quality control measures are established to ensure the construction quality of the key points of quality. In addition, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the quality control of the project with reference to the relevant literature. On this basis, through the actual project design management, the analysis data are demonstrated and summarized, hoping to sum up some suggestions. It can play a certain role in ensuring the quality of the project, and also has some reference value for the future study of the quality control of urban road construction.
