反向曲線鐵路橋梁車橋耦合動(dòng)力分析研究
[Abstract]:Research purpose: when the railway bridge is located on the reverse curve, the requirements of the relevant specifications need to be fully demonstrated. In this paper, taking the reverse curve railway bridge designed due to the limitation of terrain condition in a station capacity expansion project as an example, using MSC.PATRAN and ADAMS/RAIL analysis software, the complete three-dimensional space model of bridge and train is established, respectively. The coupling vibration of CRH1 EMU through the bridge under different speed conditions is analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) through the longitudinal and lateral displacement, acceleration and derailment coefficient of each span of the bridge, the wheel load reduction rate, The analysis of the calculation results of the dynamic performance indexes such as acceleration and Sperling comfort index of the car body can be obtained when the mass CRH1 EMU passes through the reverse curve railway bridge at the speed of 70 ~ 90 km/h. The vehicle derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate increase with the increase of vehicle speed, the vertical and lateral vibration displacements of each span of the bridge are smaller, and the acceleration of the vertical and transverse vibration of the bridge is less than the limit value stipulated in the code. Transverse stiffness, To meet the safety and comfort requirements of train operation; (3) the design of reverse curve bridge scheme is feasible due to the constraints of terrain conditions; (4) the results of this study can provide a reference for the study of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration of railway bridge located in reverse curve.
