低水泥劑量穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石基層材料收縮性能研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國高速公路的跨越式發(fā)展,半剛性基層瀝青路面以其承載力高、造價(jià)低的優(yōu)勢(shì),成為了我國高等級(jí)公路瀝青路面的主流結(jié)構(gòu)型式。然而,半剛性基層易出現(xiàn)干縮和溫縮裂縫,進(jìn)而反射到面層形成反射裂縫。路面裂縫不僅會(huì)降低路面的整體平整度,而且會(huì)導(dǎo)致水分滲入路面結(jié)構(gòu)而得不到及時(shí)排出,這樣就會(huì)進(jìn)一步降低基層的強(qiáng)度。但是到目前為止,仍沒有找到阻止半剛性基層瀝青路面裂縫產(chǎn)生的有效方法。近年來我國許多學(xué)者提出用采用級(jí)配碎石基層代替半剛性基層,從而減少反射裂縫的產(chǎn)生,但是級(jí)配碎石基層雖然能夠有效的減少反射裂縫;但由于其自身強(qiáng)度、剛度不足的特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致其只能應(yīng)用在低等級(jí)或輕交通的道路中,無法廣泛應(yīng)用。低水泥劑量穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石基層是介于半剛性基層和柔性基層之間的一種結(jié)構(gòu)形式,通過降低混合料中水泥的摻量,進(jìn)而減小其收縮系數(shù),增強(qiáng)混合料的抗裂性能。使混合料在滿足強(qiáng)度要求的前提下,增強(qiáng)其抗收縮能力,進(jìn)而減少裂縫的產(chǎn)生和傳遞。低水泥劑量穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石基層不但會(huì)有效的減少反射裂縫的產(chǎn)生,同時(shí)由于摻入了少量水泥,其強(qiáng)度會(huì)優(yōu)于級(jí)配碎石基層,解決級(jí)配碎石基層瀝青路面剛度低、適應(yīng)重載交通能力差的問題。本文第一章緒論,說明了課題研究的意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究內(nèi)容。第二、三、四、五章分別對(duì)低水泥劑量穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石的材料強(qiáng)度及配合比試驗(yàn),混合料的收縮機(jī)理,收縮試驗(yàn)和收縮性能進(jìn)行分析。第六章對(duì)低水泥劑量穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石的抗裂性能進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。第七章通過ABAQUS有限元軟件,分析低水泥劑量穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石抑制反射裂縫的效果。第八章提供了實(shí)體工程試驗(yàn)路施工配合比及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)的情況。第九章總結(jié)了論文研究的主要結(jié)論,同時(shí)提出了需要進(jìn)一步研究的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway in our country, semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has become the mainstream structure of high grade highway asphalt pavement because of its advantages of high bearing capacity and low cost. However, the semi-rigid base is prone to dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage cracks, and then reflect to the surface to form reflection cracks. Pavement cracks will not only reduce the overall smoothness of the road surface, but also lead to the infiltration of water into the pavement structure without timely discharge, which will further reduce the strength of the base course. But up to now, there is no effective method to prevent the crack of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement. In recent years, many scholars in our country have proposed to use graded crushed stone base instead of semi-rigid base, so as to reduce the occurrence of reflective cracks, but gradation gravel base can effectively reduce the reflection crack, but because of its own strength, Due to the lack of stiffness, it can only be used in low-grade or light traffic roads, and cannot be widely used. Low cement dosage stabilized graded crushed stone base is a kind of structure form between semi-rigid base and flexible base. By reducing the content of cement in the mixture, and then reducing its shrinkage coefficient, the crack resistance of the mixture is enhanced. On the premise of meeting the requirements of strength, the mixture can enhance its ability to resist shrinkage, and then reduce the generation and transmission of cracks. Low cement dose stabilized graded crushed stone base will not only effectively reduce the occurrence of reflection cracks, but also because of the addition of a small amount of cement, its strength will be better than graded crushed stone base, so that the asphalt pavement stiffness of graded gravel base is low. Adapt to the problem of poor traffic capacity. The first chapter introduces the significance of the research, domestic and international research status and research content. In the second, third, fourth and fifth chapters, the strength and compounding ratio test, shrinkage mechanism, shrinkage test and shrinkage performance of low cement dosage stabilized graded macadam are analyzed respectively. In chapter 6, the crack resistance of low-dose stable graded macadam is evaluated. In chapter 7, ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the effect of reducing reflection crack of low cement dosage stabilized grained macadam. The eighth chapter provides the concrete engineering test road construction mix ratio and the spot inspection situation. Chapter 9 summarizes the main conclusions of the thesis and puts forward some suggestions for further study.
