凍土地區(qū)高速鐵路預(yù)制梁場規(guī)劃設(shè)計與箱梁制梁工藝研究
[Abstract]:How to mitigate the freezing damage of buildings in frozen soil area is a problem worth paying attention to. With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, it is inevitable to carry out high-speed railway construction in frozen earth region. Precast beam yard is a very important temporary project in the construction of high-speed railway. How to guarantee the construction of prefabricated beam yard and the quality of beam making in frozen soil area is the key point of this paper. The distribution of frozen soil, the classification principle of frozen soil and the properties of frozen soil are introduced in detail. The possible types of house diseases in permafrost regions are summarized, and some countermeasures are put forward. Based on the experience of the construction of the beam yard and the special influence of the frozen soil region, the early planning of the whole beam yard is designed. The design content includes the site selection of the beam yard, the determination of the scale of the beam yard and the choice of the layout of the beam yard. Among the buildings in the precast beam yard, the beam-making pedestal and the beam-storing pedestal are the key buildings of the precast beam. Because of the special soil quality in the frozen soil area, the pile foundation is used in the design of the beam-storing pedestal foundation. The bearing capacity is checked by an engineering example. The technology of beam making in low temperature region of frozen soil is studied briefly, and some measures to guarantee the quality of beam making in low temperature area are put forward. Based on the theory of elastic foundation beam, the design and calculation of beam lifting machine track foundation are discussed, and the value of foundation coefficient k is analyzed and compared.
