基于降維的駕駛員側(cè)約束系統(tǒng)高維目標(biāo)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為解決將高維目標(biāo)變?yōu)閱文繕?biāo)優(yōu)化時各子目標(biāo)不能同時較優(yōu),而多目標(biāo)算法直接用于高維目標(biāo)優(yōu)化時又存在難以找到一個有代表性的Pareto非劣解集問題,在某轎車駕駛員側(cè)約束系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化過程中提出了乘員損傷準(zhǔn)則與多目標(biāo)算法協(xié)同優(yōu)化的方法。在已有相關(guān)損傷準(zhǔn)則基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)最新版的FMVSS 208和ECE R94法規(guī)提出了適合研究問題的損傷準(zhǔn)則;以提出的損傷準(zhǔn)則為媒介,將一個高維目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題降為一個低維目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題,通過靈敏度分析、實驗設(shè)計、多項式近似模型篩選出優(yōu)化設(shè)計變量并得到近似模型,用多目標(biāo)算法NSGA-Ⅱ?qū)颇P瓦M行計算得到Pareto非劣解集,將得到的Pareto非劣解集中的每個解代入損傷準(zhǔn)則損傷值計算公式,升序排列得到各子目標(biāo)同時較優(yōu)而損傷值最小的優(yōu)化解。最終的優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明:該方法很好地解決了乘員約束系統(tǒng)的高維目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題,優(yōu)化效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that each subobjective can not be optimized simultaneously when the high-dimensional target is transformed into single-objective optimization, there is a problem that it is difficult to find a representative Pareto noninferior solution set when the multi-objective algorithm is directly applied to the high-dimensional objective optimization. In the process of optimization of a car driver side constraint system, a cooperative optimization method of crew damage criterion and multi-objective algorithm is proposed. According to the latest version of FMVSS 208 and ECE R94 regulations, the damage criteria are put forward on the basis of the existing damage criteria, and a high-dimensional objective optimization problem is reduced to a low-dimensional objective optimization problem by using the proposed damage criteria as a medium.
