盾構(gòu)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為盾構(gòu)機(jī)施工管理的有效工具,,正在不斷發(fā)展完善。相比較于國(guó)外已經(jīng)開(kāi)發(fā)出面向系統(tǒng)級(jí)的盾構(gòu)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),國(guó)內(nèi)研發(fā)的盾構(gòu)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)卻集中在單個(gè)項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用中,F(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)均未能完成對(duì)多個(gè)項(xiàng)目中盾構(gòu)機(jī)集群的信息化管理。鑒于這種情況,本文采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)思想,研究了盾構(gòu)機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 本文通過(guò)系統(tǒng)需求分析,系統(tǒng)邏輯模型設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)和盾構(gòu)機(jī)履歷設(shè)計(jì),完成了對(duì)多個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。最終使用傳感器數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)識(shí)別實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工狀態(tài)的智能化分析。經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)需求分析,從整體上將整個(gè)系統(tǒng)劃分為公司級(jí)管理系統(tǒng)和盾構(gòu)機(jī)級(jí)管理系統(tǒng),并采用樹(shù)形圖表達(dá)了系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型和信息流的流向;在數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)層建立了三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)按照數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)對(duì)象的不同分類保存數(shù)據(jù)表,將履歷管理技術(shù)集成到系統(tǒng)中完成了盾構(gòu)機(jī)履歷管理方案的設(shè)計(jì);系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)多維關(guān)聯(lián)分析的方法得到了盾構(gòu)施工狀態(tài)與相關(guān)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)集中各類數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)系,設(shè)計(jì)了盾構(gòu)推進(jìn)狀態(tài)智能化分析算法并編程實(shí)現(xiàn);在分析盾構(gòu)機(jī)日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了定時(shí)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作細(xì)則,設(shè)計(jì)了盾構(gòu)機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)模塊,并編寫程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)其功能;最后根據(jù)系統(tǒng)盾構(gòu)機(jī)級(jí)施工管理架構(gòu),對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了模塊化分析完成了盾構(gòu)機(jī)級(jí)施工管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了盾構(gòu)隊(duì)管理模塊編寫后臺(tái)程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)其功能。
[Abstract]:As an effective tool for shield machine construction management, the remote monitoring system of shield machine is being developed and perfected continuously. Compared with the remote monitoring system of system level shield machine, the remote monitoring system of shield machine is concentrated in the application of single project compared with foreign countries. All the existing systems fail to complete several projects. In view of this situation, the structure and key technology of the remote monitoring system of the shield machine are studied in this paper.
In this paper, through system requirement analysis, system logic model design, system database design and shield machine calendar design, the design and implementation of multiple functional modules are completed. Finally, the intelligent analysis of the shield construction state is realized by using sensor data to realize data recognition. Through the system requirements analysis, the whole system is integrated from the whole system. It is divided into the company level management system and the shield machine level management system, and the tree graph is used to express the logic model of the system and the flow direction of the information flow. In the data storage layer, three databases are set up to save the data table according to the different classification of the data service objects, and the CV management technology is set into the system to complete the shield machine calendar manager. The design of the case, through the method of multidimensional correlation analysis, the relationship between the shield construction state and the data of the related sensor data concentration is obtained. The intelligent analysis algorithm of the shield propulsion state is designed and the program is realized. On the basis of the analysis of the routine maintenance plan of the shield machine, the rules for the timing maintenance work are set up. The shield machine maintenance module is counted and the program is programmed to realize its function. Finally, the design of the shield machine level construction management system is completed according to the structure of the shield machine level construction management. On this basis, the shield team management module is designed to write the background program to realize its function.
