微表處混合料室內(nèi)配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)微表處混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì),提出了采用拌和試驗(yàn)確定微表處混合料的最佳流體含量和水泥用量,在此基礎(chǔ)上采用60℃單軸貫入試驗(yàn)峰值剪切強(qiáng)度確定微表處混合料的最佳乳化瀝青用量。進(jìn)而采用MMLS3加速加載試驗(yàn)、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了最佳乳化瀝青用量的合理性,同時(shí)和"圖解法"確定的乳化瀝青用量進(jìn)行了比較。經(jīng)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,表明該法取得了較好的使用效果。
