WIM車輛動態(tài)稱重系統(tǒng)的設計與實現
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy, the domestic commercial trade and road transport industry are also developing rapidly. At the same time, the situation of overloaded and overloaded transportation is also gradually increasing. This has prompted more and more research on vehicle dynamic weighing system in China. Starting with the introduction of the whole system function of the vehicle dynamic weighing system, this paper introduces the digital signal preprocessing in the vehicle dynamic weighing system, the factors influencing the vehicle dynamic weighing precision, the system software design and the system external field test, etc. This paper first introduces the existing vehicle dynamic weighing system, including the sensors of the vehicle dynamic weighing system, and introduces the advantages and disadvantages of different sensors. Secondly, the paper introduces the processing methods of vehicle signal in vehicle dynamic weighing system, including denoising method and operation method, and then introduces some factors that affect the measuring precision in vehicle dynamic weighing system, such as road condition. The sensor state is independent of the vehicle and the vehicle oscillation is related to the vehicle. Then, this paper introduces the data processing methods of vehicle dynamic weighing system, including mean filter Fir digital filter and wavelet transform filter. According to these three methods, the filter results are compared with the original waveform in matlab. According to the simulation results and the signal processing results, the specific scheme of the data processing method selected in the software development is put forward. Secondly, according to the simulation results, the software design scheme is proposed, and the corresponding software is designed and developed. The software includes embedded software running in linux and PC software running in PC. The embedded software of the lower computer is developed by using the arm-linux-gcc cross-compiling environment, which mainly includes the raw data receiving module, the computing module, the data communication module and the calibration configuration module. The upper computer software is developed under Visual C. its main function is to communicate with the lower computer software, receive the operation data and state data of the lower computer software, and send the instructions of configuration parameters to the down computer software. Complete the configuration of the lower computer software parameters. Finally, according to the whole system software designed and developed, the external field test is carried out. The stability and normality of the whole system are verified under the conditions of different sensor layout, different vehicle models and different speeds.
