某預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)梁橋施工控制研究

【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋具有整體性能良好、抵抗變形和地震能力強、變形縫設(shè)置少、車輛顛簸程度小、成橋后人力物力財力投入少,而且整體外形美觀等諸多優(yōu)點,在當(dāng)今橋梁工程應(yīng)用越來越普遍,成為經(jīng)典的梁式結(jié)構(gòu)?茖W(xué)的施工控制和合理的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計在保障橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)施工安全和質(zhì)量方面共同發(fā)揮重要作用。在施工控制過程中采集到現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),為連續(xù)梁的各施工工序提供準(zhǔn)確可信的數(shù)據(jù),從而保證施工過程中的梁體安全和質(zhì)量以及人員安全。 本文在某預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)梁橋各施工階段施工方法、施工組織進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析基礎(chǔ)上,對制定施工控制流程,監(jiān)測內(nèi)容、監(jiān)測點位置選擇、監(jiān)測時間點等進(jìn)行較全面研究。在施工控制過程中采用高精度電子水準(zhǔn)儀來量測連續(xù)梁梁頂標(biāo)高,采用混凝土應(yīng)變計和讀數(shù)儀來采集連續(xù)梁內(nèi)的混凝土應(yīng)力。嚴(yán)格按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工藝流程要求采集數(shù)據(jù),獲取了大量監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)。最后對標(biāo)高和應(yīng)力數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,給出各節(jié)段的施工控制數(shù)據(jù)。 結(jié)果表明:采集方法符合相關(guān)規(guī)程,讀數(shù)準(zhǔn)確;施工控制數(shù)據(jù)精確度較高,連續(xù)梁各測點實測標(biāo)高與計算標(biāo)高之間的誤差在規(guī)范要求范圍里;連續(xù)梁應(yīng)力也未超過混凝土設(shè)計強度,張拉均勻。為保證橋梁正常施工和施工質(zhì)量,提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has many advantages, such as good overall performance, strong resistance to deformation and earthquake, less setting of deformation joints, small bumpy degree of vehicles, less investment of manpower, material and financial resources after completion of the bridge, and beautiful overall appearance, etc. Nowadays, the application of bridge engineering is becoming more and more common, becoming the classical beam structure. Scientific construction control and reasonable structural design play an important role in ensuring the safety and quality of bridge construction. The monitoring data are collected in the construction control process to provide accurate and reliable data for the construction process of continuous beam, so as to ensure the safety and quality of the beam and the safety of the personnel during the construction process. On the basis of detailed analysis of construction methods and construction organization of a prestressed continuous girder bridge in each construction stage, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the establishment of construction control flow, monitoring contents, location selection of monitoring points, monitoring time points, and so on. In the construction control process, the high precision electronic level is used to measure the top height of the continuous beam, and the concrete strain gauge and reading meter are used to collect the concrete stress in the continuous beam. Strict accordance with national standards and process requirements to collect data, access to a large number of monitoring data. Finally, the data of elevation and stress are analyzed, and the construction control data of each section are given. The results show that the collection method accords with the relevant regulations, the reading is accurate, the accuracy of construction control data is high, and the error between the measured and calculated elevation of each measuring point of continuous beam is within the required range of the specification. The stress of continuous beam does not exceed the design strength of concrete, and the tension is even. In order to guarantee the normal construction and construction quality of the bridge, the reference basis is provided.
