火災高溫下公路隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)損傷研究
[Abstract]:Highway tunnel fire has the characteristics of high temperature, fast heating rate and difficult heat emission. Once it occurs, it will not only cause heavy casualties and property losses, but also cause great damage to the tunnel structure and facilities. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the temperature field and thermal stress of lining structure under fire and high temperature to evaluate the damage degree and safety of lining structure. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the distribution of flue gas temperature field in the tunnel with different fire intensity and ventilation wind speed is obtained by using fluid software PHOENICS, and the tunnel section with different distance from the fire source is selected. The temperature-time curves of the domes of each section are established as the thermal loads simulated by the lining temperature field. (2) based on the theory of heat conduction, the thermal parameters varying with the temperature are adopted by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS. The temperature field of composite lining under different fire intensity and different tunnel section is simulated by reasonable selection of boundary conditions, and the distribution law of temperature field of tunnel secondary lining is studied. (3) the stratigraphic structure method is used to simulate the temperature field of composite lining under different fire intensity and different sections. On the basis of the temperature field of the lining structure mentioned above, the thermal stress of the lining structure under various working conditions is simulated and calculated. The distribution law of thermal stress and damage time and damage depth of tunnel secondary lining under the condition of no heat insulation are studied. (4) based on the previous experimental results, The methods to detect and evaluate the damage of tunnel lining structure after fire and to improve the fire resistance of tunnel lining structure are summarized.
