強夯與注漿處理煤矸石路基的方法研究

【摘要】:由于各種原因,本項目需要從矸石山上通過。目前國內(nèi)對于在煤矸石堆積區(qū)域修建高速公路路基的研究極少,煤矸石堆有緩慢自燃的特點,形成路基后其緩慢自燃會導(dǎo)致較大沉降,將直接危害其上的構(gòu)筑物。經(jīng)過比較,最終確定采用強夯法來提高路基的承載力以減小沉降,并采用注漿法來消除煤矸石自燃。本文采用室內(nèi)物理試驗、化學(xué)成分分析、力學(xué)試驗等手段對煤矸石的路用性能進行了分析。得出結(jié)論:該地區(qū)煤矸石經(jīng)過處治后可以用做路基填料。通過漿液配合比試驗得出合理的漿液配合比,并通過檢測證實了漿液的滅火效果。通過經(jīng)驗和試夯試驗得出強夯參數(shù),并通過試驗檢測了強夯的加固效果。最后利用ANSYS軟件模擬計算煤矸石路基處治后的最終沉降量及路塹邊坡穩(wěn)定性,從沉降穩(wěn)定分析和邊坡穩(wěn)定分析兩方面對煤矸石堆積區(qū)公路路基進行了穩(wěn)定性的評價。研究成果在實際工程中應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Because of various reasons, this project needs to pass from the gangue mountain. At present, there is very little research on the construction of highway roadbed in the coal gangue accumulation area. The coal gangue pile has the characteristic of slow spontaneous combustion. After the formation of the roadbed, the slow spontaneous combustion will lead to a large settlement, which will directly harm the structure on it. After comparison, the dynamic compaction method is adopted to improve the bearing capacity of roadbed to reduce the settlement, and the grouting method is adopted to eliminate the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue. In this paper, the road performance of coal gangue is analyzed by means of indoor physical test, chemical composition analysis and mechanical test. Conclusion: coal gangue in this area can be used as subgrade filler after treatment. The reasonable mixture ratio of slurry was obtained by slurry mix ratio test, and the fire extinguishing effect of slurry was proved by testing. The parameters of dynamic compaction are obtained by experience and test, and the reinforcement effect of dynamic compaction is tested. Finally, the final settlement of coal gangue roadbed and the stability of cutting slope are calculated by using ANSYS software. The stability of roadbed in coal gangue accumulation area is evaluated from two aspects: settlement stability analysis and slope stability analysis. The research results have been applied well in practical engineering.
