【摘要】：摘要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,近年來(lái)我國(guó)橋梁事業(yè)也蓬勃發(fā)展。但是隨著交通量的增大,以及各種自然因素和人為因素的影響,橋梁的安全性越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。因此,有必要對(duì)近幾十年發(fā)生的橋梁安全事故進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從而找出引起橋梁安全事故的主要原因,為避免同類橋梁安全事故再次發(fā)生起到積極的作用。 本文通過(guò)收集國(guó)內(nèi)外近40年的611起橋梁安全事故,對(duì)其進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),從而得出引起橋梁安全事故的主要原因。本文具體包括以下幾方面內(nèi)容： (1)對(duì)安全理論進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)介并且對(duì)橋梁安全事故進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分類； (2)列舉自然因素引起的國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁安全事故,包括地震、洪水、泥石流、大風(fēng)等自然災(zāi)害對(duì)橋梁的破壞； (3)列舉人為因素引起的國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁安全事故,包括設(shè)計(jì)因素、施工因素、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理因素、碰撞因素(船撞和車撞)等人為因素對(duì)橋梁的破壞； (4)對(duì)收集的國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁安全事故進(jìn)行深度調(diào)查和分析,主要包括橋梁安全事故的基本原因、詳細(xì)原因的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,不同橋型和不同材料的橋梁安全事故破壞程度的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,不同主要原因(施工事故、碰撞事故、水利事故以及過(guò)載事故)造成的橋梁破壞程度的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等。 最后,總結(jié)出引起橋梁安全事故的主要原因,并有針對(duì)性地提出一些有益的安全評(píng)估措施和建議。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of economy, China's bridge industry is booming in recent years. However, with the increase of traffic volume and the influence of various natural and human factors, people pay more and more attention to the safety of bridges. Therefore, it is necessary to make statistical analysis of bridge safety accidents in recent decades, so as to find out the main causes of bridge safety accidents and play a positive role in avoiding similar bridge safety accidents. Through collecting 611 bridge safety accidents in recent 40 years at home and abroad, this paper sums up and summarizes them, and obtains the main causes of bridge safety accidents. This paper includes the following aspects: (1) brief introduction of safety theory and systematic classification of bridge safety accidents; (2) enumeration of bridge safety accidents at home and abroad caused by natural factors, including earthquakes, Damage to bridges caused by natural disasters such as flood, debris flow, gale, etc. (3) enumerating the safety accidents of bridges at home and abroad caused by human factors, including design factors, construction factors, operational management factors, (4) the deep investigation and analysis of bridge safety accidents collected at home and abroad, including the basic causes of bridge safety accidents, Statistical analysis of the detailed causes, statistical analysis of the damage degree of the bridge safety accidents of different bridge types and different materials, and different main causes (construction accidents, collision accidents, etc.) Statistical analysis of bridge damage caused by water conservancy accident and overload accident etc. Finally, the main causes of bridge safety accidents are summarized, and some useful safety assessment measures and suggestions are put forward.
