【摘要】：集裝箱運輸在國際上從上世紀(jì)七十年代開始發(fā)展起來，內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱運輸在中國則是近二十幾年發(fā)展起來的新型交通運輸方式。集裝箱運輸較傳統(tǒng)散貨運輸具有快捷、方便、環(huán)保、安全、高效、廉價等無可比擬的優(yōu)勢。運輸產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級，使得和產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)配套的財務(wù)管理也要相應(yīng)進(jìn)行升級，傳統(tǒng)運輸核算模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新型運輸模式的需求，傳統(tǒng)的運輸對象較為單一，核算也較為單一，，然而集裝箱運輸面臨的則是龐大的客戶群體，貨物交割、運費結(jié)算以單個集裝箱為單位，財務(wù)核算工作量瞬間增加數(shù)萬倍，在這樣龐大的核算工作量下，如何提高財務(wù)人員的工作效率、如何提高結(jié)算效率、如何保證各項應(yīng)收應(yīng)付款項的正確性等現(xiàn)實問題擺在企業(yè)經(jīng)營者的面前。這樣的課題沒有現(xiàn)成的東西直接套用，各貨運代理、船運公司、以及相關(guān)的物流企業(yè)都在各顯神通，或自行研制或聘請高手來投入管理信息化的研究。但苦于集裝箱運輸系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性，要么懂業(yè)務(wù)的人不懂財務(wù)和計算機，要么懂計算機的人不懂業(yè)務(wù)和財務(wù)，三者之間有沒有這樣一個部門或人員，將它們用信息化的手段聯(lián)合起來，這就是本文所要研究的課題。 本文通過將計算機技術(shù)運用在集裝箱運輸業(yè)務(wù)流程，和財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模塊對接，較好地解決了業(yè)務(wù)、財務(wù)和計算機三者的高效聯(lián)合，為解決集裝箱運輸業(yè)務(wù)中，龐大的數(shù)據(jù)精準(zhǔn)高效核算，起到了很好的作用。這樣的研究成果不僅可應(yīng)用于內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱船運公司，也可應(yīng)用于外貿(mào)集裝箱運輸及其他相關(guān)貨運領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Container transportation has been developed from the 70s of last century. Container transportation in China is a new mode of transportation developed in China in recent twenty years. Container transportation has an incomparable advantage over traditional bulk cargo transportation, such as fast, convenient, environmental protection, safety, high efficiency, low price and so on. And the financial management of the industrial technology supporting should be upgraded accordingly. The traditional transportation accounting model can not meet the needs of the new mode of transportation. The traditional transportation object is relatively single and the accounting is relatively simple. However, the container transportation is faced with a large customer group, the delivery of goods and the settlement of freight in a single container. The workload of financial accounting increases tens of thousands of times in a moment. Under such a huge workload, how to improve the efficiency of the financial personnel, how to improve the efficiency of the settlement, and how to ensure the correctness of all receivables and accounts in front of the business operators. Agent, shipping company, and related logistics enterprises are all obvious, or self-developed or hired to invest in the research of management information. But the complexity of the container transportation system, or the people who understand the business do not understand the finance and the computer, or the computer people do not understand the business and finance, there is no such one between the three. Departments or personnel combine them by means of information. This is the subject of this paper.
Through the use of computer technology in the container transportation business process and the financial management system, this paper has well solved the efficient combination of business, finance and computer three. It has played a very good role in solving the large data accurate and efficient accounting in the container transportation business. For domestic container shipping companies, it can also be applied to foreign trade container transportation and other related freight fields.
