大跨度隧道斷層破碎帶圍巖襯砌荷載作用與變形特性研究

【摘要】:隨著交通事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外公路大跨度隧道的建造不斷增多,當(dāng)前對大跨度隧道的相關(guān)研究較少,,特別是大跨度隧道斷層破碎的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)并不豐富,由于隧道跨度增大,將會影響到圍巖穩(wěn)定、支護(hù)形式等工程問題。所以在隧道建設(shè)中,對受力比較復(fù)雜的大跨度隧道斷層破碎帶處的圍巖襯砌荷載作用與變形特性的研究具有重要的理論和工程意義。 本文結(jié)合科研項(xiàng)目“南方山區(qū)公路隧道施工安全保障與結(jié)構(gòu)長期穩(wěn)定技術(shù)研究”,以廣西某大跨度隧道為依托工程,首先,在隧道測試斷面處埋設(shè)壓力盒、表面應(yīng)變計(jì)、鋼筋計(jì)以及混凝土應(yīng)變計(jì)等測試元件,對大跨度隧道圍巖襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,通過對比普通斷面與斷層破碎帶處斷面測試結(jié)果,得出了斷層破碎帶圍巖條件下大跨度隧道圍巖襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)荷載分布與變形特性以及初襯與二次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)分擔(dān)荷載比。 其次,利用有限元軟件ANSYS對大跨度隧道斷層破碎帶圍巖區(qū)域進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,分析了大跨度隧道斷層破碎帶開挖結(jié)束之后和二次襯砌施作后圍巖、初期支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)和二次襯砌的結(jié)構(gòu)荷載作用與變形特性。 最后,依據(jù)現(xiàn)場元件測試和有限元數(shù)值模擬分析結(jié)果,總結(jié)了大跨度隧道斷層破碎帶圍巖襯砌荷載作用與變形特性,可以對隧道施工進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和反饋,同時(shí)也為今后有關(guān)類似地質(zhì)條件下的隧道建設(shè)提供一定的施工和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of transportation, the construction of highway long-span tunnel is increasing at home and abroad. The research on long-span tunnel is less at present, especially the construction experience of long-span tunnel fault breaking is not rich, because of the increase of tunnel span. Will affect the stability of surrounding rock, supporting form and other engineering problems. Therefore, in the tunnel construction, it is of great theoretical and engineering significance to study the load and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock lining in the fault fracture zone of large-span tunnel. In this paper, combining with the scientific research project "Safety guarantee and long-term structural stability technology study of highway tunnel construction in southern mountainous area", based on a large-span tunnel in Guangxi, first of all, a pressure box and a surface strain gauge are laid at the test section of the tunnel. The steel bar gauge and concrete strain gauge are used to monitor the surrounding rock lining structure of the long span tunnel, and the results are compared between the common section and the fault broken zone. The load distribution and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock lining structure of long span tunnel under the condition of fault broken zone surrounding rock and the load sharing ratio between primary lining and secondary lining structure are obtained. Secondly, using the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the surrounding rock region of the fault fracture zone of the long span tunnel, the surrounding rock is analyzed after the excavation of the fault broken zone of the long span tunnel and the secondary lining construction. Structure load and deformation characteristics of primary supporting structure and secondary lining. Finally, based on the results of field component test and finite element numerical simulation, the load and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock lining in fault fracture zone of long span tunnel are summarized, which can guide and feedback the tunnel construction. At the same time, it also provides some experience of tunnel construction and design under similar geological conditions in the future.
