【摘要】：土壤固化劑是一種新型固化類材料，具有施工簡(jiǎn)單、就地取材的特點(diǎn)，因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于各類固化土體工程，其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益比較顯著。本文以神木縣通村公路工程為依托，研究了SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土在低等級(jí)道路基層中的應(yīng)用。 論文分析了SG-1型土壤固化劑和碎石土的性質(zhì)，通過(guò)室內(nèi)擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)和7d無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)研究SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土的配合比設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)了延遲試驗(yàn)研究SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土的強(qiáng)度隨成型時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律。在施工過(guò)程中，SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土的含水量受到各種因素的影響，蒸發(fā)和土壤固化劑水化導(dǎo)致其水分散失，含水量下降，為此，本文設(shè)計(jì)了水化模擬試驗(yàn)，并提出蒸發(fā)公式，對(duì)含水量進(jìn)行控制。在對(duì)SG-1型土壤固化劑的組分分析基礎(chǔ)上，本文用EDTA滴定試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土中固化劑劑量，，并分析了測(cè)定時(shí)間、含水量和取樣方法對(duì)EDTA滴定試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的影響。 通過(guò)試驗(yàn)段的鋪筑和質(zhì)量檢測(cè)，本文研究了SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土的施工方法。最后，在室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，并結(jié)合實(shí)體工程，本文對(duì)SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土在施工過(guò)程中的含水量控制和土壤固化劑劑量控制進(jìn)行了實(shí)際驗(yàn)證，證明了控制方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Soil curing agent is a kind of new kind of curing material , it has the characteristics of simple construction and material , so it is widely used in various kinds of solidified soil engineering , its economic benefit and social benefit are remarkable . The application of SG - 1 soil curing agent stabilized crushed stone soil in low grade road base course is studied based on the highway engineering of Shenmu County .

In this paper , the properties of SG - 1 soil curing agent and crushed stone soil are analyzed . The effect of SG - 1 type soil curing agent stabilized crushed stone soil is studied by indoor compaction test and 7d without side - limit compressive strength test . In the course of construction , the water content of stabilized crushed stone soil of SG - 1 type soil curing agent is influenced by various factors .

In this paper , the construction method of stabilized crushed stone soil for SG - 1 soil curing agent is studied through the paving and quality detection of the test section . Finally , the water content control and the control of the dosage of the soil curing agent in the construction process of the SG - 1 soil curing agent stabilized crushed stone soil are verified by the laboratory tests , and the feasibility of the control method is proved .
