【摘要】：隨著全國港口企業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,各個港口的吞吐量也在不斷刷新著記錄,港口間的競爭越來越激烈,給所有港口帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。 件雜貨庫場是裝卸和儲存貨物的主要場所,在整個水路貨物運輸過程中起著重要的銜接和調節(jié)作用。本文結合龍口港件雜貨庫場的現有狀況,從營運指標與報表、生產組織、勞動組織、客戶運轉流程、件雜貨生產操作系統和件雜貨信息化解決方案等港口件雜貨庫場效能評價指標進行深入分析,重點對2009—2014年之間的件雜貨吞吐量通過數據進行詳細對比,分析之間的變化趨勢,得出件雜貨庫場效能評價指標體系,并對影響件雜貨庫場效能的評價指標體系進行優(yōu)化,并結合龍口港實際生產情況進行實證分析,以對提高港口件雜貨庫場效能提出建議。 大包水泥、對非雜貨、糧食、木片和大包飼料等貨物是龍口港件雜貨最為倚重的貨種。龍口港作為我國對非貿易的重要節(jié)點,2013年重卡在龍口港裝船重卡達8000臺,該港也因此成為山東省雜貨船舶發(fā)運重卡量排名第一的港口。 另外,該港依托現有的糧食專用泊位和配套糧食筒倉,輔以相繼開建的香馳糧油項目、山東北大荒糧食物流倉儲項目等,在白熱化的“搶糧”大戰(zhàn)中贏得主動。尤其在香馳糧油項目投產后,糧食源源不斷經龍口港輸送到香馳集團,再變成食用油運往全國各地,擴大了港口影響力。 在目前各大港口紛紛制定戰(zhàn)略目標指導港口發(fā)展的時代背景下,本文選取龍口港件雜貨作為研究對象,所用的統計分析方法和得到的結論對其他地方性港口件雜貨的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national port enterprises, the throughput of each port is constantly breaking the record. The competition between ports is becoming more and more fierce, which brings new challenges and opportunities to all ports. The cargo yard is the main place for loading, unloading and storing goods, which plays an important role in the connection and regulation of the whole waterway cargo transportation process. This article combines the existing situation of Longkou Port General goods Depot, from the operation index and report form, production organization, labor organization, customer operation process, The performance evaluation indexes of the port grocery store such as the operating system for the production of groceries and the information solution for the general goods of the port are analyzed in depth, with the emphasis on the detailed comparison of the throughput of the groceries between 2009 and 2014 through the data. Based on the analysis of the changing trend, the evaluation index system of the field effectiveness of the grocery store is obtained, and the evaluation index system that affects the efficiency of the yard is optimized, and combined with the actual production situation of Longkou Port, the empirical analysis is carried out. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of the port cargo yard. Large package cement, for non-groceries, grain, wood chips and large package feed and other goods are the most dependent on Longkou Port groceries. Longkou Port, as an important node of China's non-trade, was loaded in Longkou Port in 2013 with 8000 heavy cargoes, which has become the first port in Shandong Province. In addition, relying on the existing grain special berths and supporting grain silos, the port has won the initiative in the fierce "grain-oil" war with the successive construction of Xiangchi grain and oil projects, and the grain logistics warehousing project in the northern famine of Shandong Province. Especially after the Xiangchi Grain and Oil Project was put into operation, the grain was continuously transported to Xiangchi Group through Longkou Port, and then changed into edible oil to be transported to all parts of the country, thus expanding the port influence. Under the background that each major port has formulated strategic objectives to guide the development of the port, this paper selects the Longkou Port as the research object. The statistical analysis method and the conclusion obtained are useful for the development of miscellaneous goods in other local ports.
