花魚洞大橋加固關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:桁式組合拱橋作為20世紀(jì)80年代我國自主研發(fā)的一種新橋型,以其相對于其他橋型具有施工簡單、造價(jià)低廉等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn),近20年來得到迅速的發(fā)展。但是,在桁式組合拱橋的使用、推廣過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),已建成的桁式組合拱橋在桿件節(jié)點(diǎn)部位和空實(shí)腹聯(lián)接部位都不同程度地出現(xiàn)裂縫,特別是新拱腳和雙豎桿部位,個(gè)別橋梁也因剛度不夠而出現(xiàn)跨中撓度偏大的情況。 本文首先結(jié)合桁式組合拱橋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、施工特點(diǎn)、受力特點(diǎn)和病害特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究。對已建桁式組合拱橋特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出桁式組合拱橋的結(jié)構(gòu)、施工、受力、病害等特點(diǎn)。并對橋梁現(xiàn)有加固方法進(jìn)行分析與評價(jià)。 接著通過對橋梁現(xiàn)有加固方法的分析評價(jià),結(jié)合桁式組合拱橋的特點(diǎn),制定了橋梁維修加固技術(shù)研究原則,同時(shí)對桁式組合拱橋的上弦、下弦、實(shí)腹段、豎桿和斜桿分別進(jìn)行維修加固技術(shù)分析研究。并對各個(gè)附屬設(shè)施分別進(jìn)行維修加固技術(shù)分析研究。 然后根據(jù)造成橋梁整體性差的原因,分別采取了針對性分析研究,找出切實(shí)、可行的解決措施。并分別從技術(shù)可行性、加固效果、施工可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,提出了桁式組合拱橋預(yù)應(yīng)力加固與橋面板置換技術(shù)的可行性研究方案。 論文最后以花魚洞大橋?yàn)榧庸虘?yīng)用實(shí)例,運(yùn)用桁式拱橋加固關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究成果,加固依托工程,對比分析了橋梁加固前后結(jié)構(gòu)狀況,說明加固方法合理可行、加固效果明顯?偨Y(jié)了全文理論以及模型識(shí)別結(jié)果,并對桁式拱橋加固關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Truss arch bridge is a new type of bridge developed independently in China in 1980s. Compared with other bridges, truss arch bridge has been developed rapidly in recent 20 years because of its advantages of simple construction and low cost. However, in the application of truss composite arch bridge, it is found that the cracks of the truss composite arch bridge, especially the new arch foot and the double vertical bar, appear in different degrees in the joint part of the member and the hollow and solid web connection. Individual bridges also have large midspan deflection due to insufficient stiffness. In this paper, the structural characteristics, construction characteristics, stress characteristics and disease characteristics of truss composite arch bridge are analyzed and studied. The characteristics of truss composite arch bridge are analyzed, and the structure, construction, force and disease of truss composite arch bridge are summarized. The existing reinforcement methods are analyzed and evaluated. Then, through the analysis and evaluation of the existing reinforcement methods of the bridge, combined with the characteristics of the truss composite arch bridge, the research principles of the bridge maintenance and reinforcement technology are established. At the same time, the upper chord, the lower chord, the real web section of the truss composite arch bridge are analyzed and evaluated. The maintenance and reinforcement technology of vertical rod and oblique rod are analyzed and studied respectively. The technical analysis of maintenance and reinforcement of each subsidiary facility is carried out respectively. Then, according to the causes of the poor integrity of the bridge, we take specific analysis and study to find out the practical and feasible solutions. From the aspects of technical feasibility, reinforcement effect, construction feasibility and economy, the feasibility study scheme of prestressed reinforcement and bridge deck replacement technology of truss composite arch bridge is put forward. Finally, taking Huayudong Bridge as an application example, using the research results of key reinforcement technology of truss arch bridge, strengthening and supporting engineering, the structure condition of bridge before and after reinforcement is compared and analyzed, which shows that the reinforcement method is reasonable and feasible, and the reinforcement effect is obvious. The theory and model recognition results are summarized, and the development prospects of key reinforcement techniques of truss arch bridge are prospected.
