高墩大跨橋梁橋墩升溫對(duì)橋上無(wú)縫線路的影響研究

【摘要】:高墩大跨橋梁橋墩整體在太陽(yáng)輻射下升溫,會(huì)使橋墩頂部產(chǎn)生豎向位移。對(duì)橋墩升溫產(chǎn)生豎向位移對(duì)無(wú)縫線路的影響這一問(wèn)題,使用有限元軟件建立線-橋-墩一體化模型,分析高墩升溫條件下橋上無(wú)縫線路的受力及變形。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:橋墩的升溫對(duì)橋墩受力影響較小,橋墩溫度變化引起的線路豎向不平順主要是長(zhǎng)波不平順。建議高墩大跨橋梁不考慮橋墩整體溫度變化對(duì)線路受力的影響,但要對(duì)橋墩變形引起的豎向不平順進(jìn)行檢算,以滿足規(guī)范對(duì)橋上無(wú)縫線路驗(yàn)收的需要。
[Abstract]:The whole piers of long span bridges with high piers are heated by solar radiation, which will cause vertical displacement at the top of the piers. In order to solve the problem of the influence of vertical displacement on the CWR caused by the temperature rise of the piers, the finite element software is used to establish the integrated model of line-bridge-pier, and to analyze the stress and deformation of the CWR on the bridge under the condition of high pier heating. The results show that the temperature rise of the piers has little effect on the stress of the piers, and the vertical irregularity caused by the temperature change of the piers is mainly the long-wave irregularity. It is suggested that long span bridges with high piers should not take into account the influence of the temperature variation of piers on the load of the bridge, but the vertical irregularity caused by the deformation of the piers should be checked to meet the requirements of the code for acceptance of the jointless track on the bridge.
