低能見度下主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:我國高速公路事業(yè)的發(fā)展,給社會(huì)帶來顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。近幾年,極端異常天氣時(shí)常發(fā)生,給高速公路運(yùn)營安全帶來極大隱患。本文通過對(duì)低能見度氣象對(duì)高速公路交通流運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的影響和交通事故的分析,研究主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施控制策略和設(shè)計(jì)理念,確定符合低能見度氣象條件下主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施的設(shè)置原則和方法。 本文依托低能見度氣象條件下主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施實(shí)驗(yàn),通過主觀評(píng)價(jià)和客觀數(shù)據(jù)分析兩方面,驗(yàn)證主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施設(shè)置原則和方法的合理性,確定主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施在有差別的能見度條件和不同工作模式下的實(shí)際效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,,設(shè)置誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施可大大提高低能見度條件下高速公路的通行能力和運(yùn)行安全。論文以烏魯木齊東繞城高速公路甘溝立交至米東立交段低能見度常發(fā)性路段作為工程案例,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況,提出主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施設(shè)置方案。 通過本文研究,提出適合在低能見度氣象條件下主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施設(shè)置原則和方法,對(duì)低能見度常發(fā)性高速公路的主動(dòng)發(fā)光誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施設(shè)置起到理論指導(dǎo)和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The development of expressway in our country brings remarkable economic benefits to the society. In recent years, extreme abnormal weather often occurs, which brings great hidden danger to highway operation safety. Based on the analysis of the influence of low visibility weather on the traffic flow and traffic accidents, the control strategy and design idea of the active luminous induction facility are studied. The setting principle and method of active luminescence induction facilities under low visibility meteorological conditions are determined. In this paper, based on the experiment of active luminescence inducement facility under low visibility weather condition, through subjective evaluation and objective data analysis, the rationality of setting principle and method of active luminescence induction facility is verified. The actual effect of the active luminescence induction facility under different visibility conditions and different operating modes is determined. The experimental results show that the setting of induction facilities can greatly improve the traffic capacity and operation safety of the freeway under the condition of low visibility. This paper takes the section of low visibility and regular occurrence between Gangou Interchange and Meidong Interchange of Urumqi East Roundabout Expressway as an engineering case and puts forward an active luminescence inductive facility setting scheme combined with the actual situation of the project. Through the research in this paper, the principle and method of setting up the active luminescence induction facilities suitable for low visibility meteorological conditions are put forward, which can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the setting up of the active luminescence induction facilities of the low-visibility and normal-occurring highway.
