【摘要】:為了綜合解決瀝青混凝土面層存在的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性以及水穩(wěn)定性等問(wèn)題,本文將布頓巖瀝青(BRA)和木質(zhì)素纖維按照不同比例摻入瀝青混合料配制寬溫域?yàn)r青混合料,利用木質(zhì)素與BRA各自的路用性能改善效果側(cè)重點(diǎn)來(lái)對(duì)瀝青混合料起到綜合改性的作用。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,干法工藝摻加BRA與木質(zhì)素改性劑后,瀝青混合料兼具優(yōu)良的高低溫性能,4‰木質(zhì)素+8%BRA和5‰木質(zhì)素+10%BRA兩種復(fù)合改性方案下的抗疲勞性能優(yōu)于SBS改性瀝青混合料,為寬溫域?yàn)r青混合料設(shè)計(jì)理念在國(guó)內(nèi)的推廣應(yīng)用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively solve the problems of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of asphalt concrete surface layer, this paper compiles the asphalt mixture of wide temperature range with different proportion of Burton Rock Asphalt (bra) and lignin fiber. Lignin and bra are used to improve the performance of asphalt mixture. The experimental results show that the dry process with the addition of bra and lignin modifier, The high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture is 4 鈥,
