超重車過橋承載能力評估方法研究

【摘要】:在近十多年來,隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,通過對國內(nèi)工廠石油化工、電力、冶金等工業(yè)設(shè)備的需求看來,國內(nèi)制造或者國外引進的設(shè)備越來越趨于大型化和重型化。橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計承載能力通常小于超重貨物運輸?shù)妮d重,因此為了維護公共安全和防止橋梁損壞,必須在超重貨物通過橋梁之前對橋梁進行承載力評估。 對橋梁承載力評估最直接有效的方法是荷載試驗法,然而這種方法需要長時間中斷交通,影響正常的車輛通行,且需要花費大量的人力物力,代價昂貴。 鑒于以上問題,本文從實用的角度出發(fā),提出了基于檢測結(jié)果的超重車過橋承載能力評估方法,此方法根據(jù)對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的材質(zhì)外觀檢測結(jié)果、測定的結(jié)構(gòu)固有模態(tài)參數(shù)和調(diào)查的荷載分析情況等,引入檢算系數(shù)Z1、折減系數(shù)、惡化系數(shù),并將其反應在結(jié)構(gòu)抗力表達式中,通過結(jié)構(gòu)檢算分析,進行荷載效應和抗力效應的比較,對橋梁承載力做出評定。由于超重車通過橋梁的特殊性,車輛行駛不變速、不制動、限速3km/h且靠近橋梁的中心線行駛,,計算荷載效應時不考慮活載修正折減系數(shù)。 本文先對評估方法進行理論闡述,然后應用到實際的橋梁評估工作之中,以實踐證明了此方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, with the development of technology, through the demand for petrochemical, electric power, metallurgical and other industrial equipment in domestic factories, the domestic manufacturing or imported equipment is becoming more and more large and heavy. In order to maintain public safety and prevent bridge damage, the bridge bearing capacity must be evaluated before the overweight cargo passes through the bridge. The most direct and effective method to evaluate the bearing capacity of bridges is the load test method. However, this method needs to interrupt the traffic for a long time, which affects the normal traffic of vehicles, and it costs a lot of manpower and material resources. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward a method for evaluating the bearing capacity of overweight vehicles crossing bridges based on the test results, which is based on the inspection results of the material and appearance of the bridge structures. The natural modal parameters of the structure and the load analysis of the investigation are introduced, the checking coefficient Z1, the reduction coefficient and the deterioration coefficient are introduced, and they are reflected in the structural resistance expression, and analyzed by the structural checking analysis. The load effect and the resistance effect are compared to evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge. Because of the particularity of the overweight vehicle passing through the bridge, the vehicle does not change speed, do not brake, limit the speed of 3km/h and travel near the center line of the bridge. The load effect is calculated without taking into account the revised reduction coefficient of live load. This paper expounds the evaluation method in theory, then applies it to the practical bridge evaluation work, and proves the correctness of the method in practice.
