【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)主要研究目的是SBS改性劑、相容劑、穩(wěn)定劑、剪切速率、剪切時(shí)間、發(fā)育時(shí)間對(duì)永古高速公路SBS改性瀝青性能的影響。查閱該地區(qū)瀝青路面資料,初步確定在相容劑摻量1.5%,穩(wěn)定劑摻量1.5‰的前提下,通過對(duì)瀝青軟化點(diǎn)、25℃的針入度、5℃的延度、離析軟化點(diǎn)差進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,最終確定SBS改性瀝青的SBS改性劑摻量3.8%、相容劑摻量1.5%、穩(wěn)定劑摻量2‰。在此SBS改性瀝青的前提下,研究剪切速率、剪切時(shí)間、發(fā)育時(shí)間對(duì)SBS改性瀝青的影響,在剪切時(shí)間30 min,發(fā)育時(shí)間90 min的前提下,繼續(xù)對(duì)瀝青軟化點(diǎn)、25℃的針入度、5℃的延度進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),整理分析數(shù)據(jù),得到最終的制備工藝為:剪切速率5500 r·min-1、剪切時(shí)間35 min、發(fā)育時(shí)間為120 min。得到結(jié)論為永古高速SBS改性瀝青為:SBS改性劑摻量3.8%、相容劑摻量1.5%、穩(wěn)定劑摻量2‰、剪切速率5500 r·min-1、剪切時(shí)間35 min、發(fā)育時(shí)間120 min。
