斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控中的測(cè)量誤差分析研究

【摘要】:由于斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,在施工過程中存在著多次體系轉(zhuǎn)換。所以,其施工監(jiān)控過程顯得尤為重要。通過施工監(jiān)控,對(duì)橋梁施工過程中的受力、變形及穩(wěn)定進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,使施工中的結(jié)構(gòu)處于最優(yōu)狀態(tài),保證施工過程和成橋狀態(tài)符合設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范的要求。 本文以安陽市京港澳高速公路文峰大道分離式立交橋主橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘埃瑢?duì)獨(dú)塔雙索面部分斜拉橋的施工監(jiān)控工作進(jìn)行了研究和實(shí)施,并對(duì)測(cè)量中的誤差進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析研究工作。 首先,用MIDAS/Civil軟件模擬分析施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的的力學(xué)特性,得出各個(gè)工況下的內(nèi)力、應(yīng)力及位移;并建立索力影響矩陣,通過計(jì)算得出了第二次張拉的索力值,,為后期調(diào)索建立了理論依據(jù)。對(duì)梁段自重、斜拉索的張拉索力、支架剛度等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了敏感性分析。 然后,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)中的應(yīng)力、橋面高程及斜拉索索力等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,剔除誤差,得出了真實(shí)的測(cè)量值,與理論計(jì)算值吻合較好,且滿足規(guī)范要求。 使用規(guī)范上推薦的公式來計(jì)算混凝土的收縮、徐變應(yīng)變,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算溫度應(yīng)變,剔除這些應(yīng)變后得到了測(cè)點(diǎn)的彈性應(yīng)變,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出控制截面的應(yīng)力變化曲線。利用測(cè)站校核的方法對(duì)監(jiān)控過程中,尤其是斜拉索兩次張拉過程中,對(duì)橋面主梁高程測(cè)點(diǎn)的位移變化進(jìn)行了誤差分析,得出了較為滿意的結(jié)果。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用頻率法來實(shí)施此次監(jiān)控過程的索力測(cè)量,并簡(jiǎn)要分析了索力測(cè)量過程中誤差的產(chǎn)生原因及解決方法。 斜拉橋的施工監(jiān)控是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過程,測(cè)量中的誤差涉及很多因素,本文只針對(duì)部分斜拉橋進(jìn)行了探討,還存在很多內(nèi)容需要完善。監(jiān)控是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過程,不僅要對(duì)施工過程進(jìn)行安全性監(jiān)控,還需要對(duì)成橋后的結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)久的監(jiān)測(cè)控制。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of the cable-stayed bridge structure, there are many system changes in the construction process. Therefore, its construction monitoring process is particularly important. Through the construction monitoring, the stress, deformation and stability of the bridge during the construction process are monitored, the structure in the construction is in the optimal state, and the construction process and the state of the bridge meet the requirements of the design and code. In this paper, based on the main bridge of Wenfeng Avenue separation overpass of Beijing-HongKong-Macao Expressway in Anyang City, the construction monitoring work of partial cable-stayed bridge with single tower and double cable plane is studied and implemented. The error in measurement is analyzed and studied in detail. First of all, we use Midas / Civil software to simulate and analyze the mechanical characteristics of the structure in the construction process, and get the internal force, stress and displacement under various working conditions, and establish the cable force influence matrix, and get the second tensioning cable force value through the calculation. The theoretical basis is established for the later adjustment. Sensitivity analysis of structural parameters such as beam deadweight, cable tension, support stiffness and so on is carried out. Then, combined with the stress in the field monitoring, the bridge deck height and cable force are analyzed, the error is eliminated, and the real measurement value is obtained, which is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation value and meets the requirements of the code. The concrete shrinkage and creep strain are calculated by the formula recommended in the code, and the temperature strain is calculated according to the measured data in the field. The elastic strain of the measuring point is obtained after these strains are excluded, and the stress change curve of the control section is calculated. By using the method of station checking, the error analysis of the displacement change of the height measuring point of the main girder of the bridge deck is carried out during the monitoring process, especially during the two tensioning process of the stay cable, and the satisfactory results are obtained. The frequency method is used to measure the cable force in the monitoring process, and the causes and solutions of the errors in the process of cable force measurement are analyzed briefly. The construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridge is a complicated process, and the error in the measurement involves many factors. This paper only discusses some cable-stayed bridges, and there are still many contents to be improved. Monitoring is a long-term process, not only to monitor the safety of the construction process, but also to monitor and control the structural state after completion of the bridge for a long time.
