星海灣跨海大橋施工控制關(guān)鍵問題研究

【摘要】:大連市正在建造的星海灣跨海大橋是一座鋼桁架雙層地錨式懸索橋。本文以正在進(jìn)行的橋梁施工建設(shè)為工程背景,對(duì)星海灣跨海大橋進(jìn)行施工控制研究,包括施工前控制計(jì)算與吊裝過程分析。本文給出的計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)和步驟可直接用于橋梁施工監(jiān)控,其后進(jìn)行的研究和探討可為后續(xù)同類施工提供參考。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容可分為以下幾個(gè)部分: 1、用通用有限元軟件ANSYS建立全橋模型,從理想成橋狀態(tài)出發(fā),給出內(nèi)力線形參數(shù)。進(jìn)行施工前控制計(jì)算,以模型輸出主纜、吊索數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行修正,最終得到主纜各索股下料長(zhǎng)度、吊索下料長(zhǎng)度:進(jìn)行索鞍預(yù)偏的分析與計(jì)算,闡述索鞍頂推控制原則,并研究了基準(zhǔn)索股的調(diào)整計(jì)算和監(jiān)控方法;進(jìn)行索夾放樣計(jì)算,以確保吊索精確安裝。 2、利用倒拆分析對(duì)吊裝過程進(jìn)行模擬,在比較了常用的臨時(shí)連接方法后,提出臨時(shí)匹配件連接方法,并對(duì)其工作原理及模擬方法做出說明,重點(diǎn)研究了吊裝過程中結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力與線形變化規(guī)律,包括臨時(shí)匹配件的下緣開口、上緣錯(cuò)動(dòng)和主纜線形變化規(guī)律,臨時(shí)連接軸向內(nèi)力變化規(guī)律及頂推過程中主塔應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律,研究表明臨時(shí)匹配件可以完成吊裝過程。 3、針對(duì)該吊裝方案,進(jìn)一步研究臨時(shí)連接對(duì)吊裝過程內(nèi)力與變形的影響,比較了加勁梁吊裝分別采取臨時(shí)匹配件和臨時(shí)鉸接時(shí),梁段下緣開口、主纜線形、臨時(shí)連接軸力和主梁應(yīng)力等參數(shù)變化規(guī)律的異同。最終得出結(jié)論,臨時(shí)匹配件連接可以消減應(yīng)力峰值,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)比較有利。
[Abstract]:The Xinghai Bay Cross Sea Bridge is being built in Dalian is a steel truss double ground anchorage suspension bridge. This paper, taking the construction of the ongoing bridge construction as the project background, studies the construction control of the Xinghai Bay Bridge, including the pre construction control calculation and the analysis of the lifting process. The calculation data and steps given in this paper can be directly applied to the bridge. The study and discussion of the beam construction can provide reference for the following similar construction. The main research contents can be divided into the following parts:
1, using the universal finite element software ANSYS to establish the full bridge model, from the ideal bridge state, the internal force linear parameters are given, and the pre construction control calculation is carried out. Based on the model output main cable and the sling data, the length of the material and the length of the sling is finally obtained. The analysis and calculation of the saddle predeflection is carried out, and the cable saddle is described. The cable saddle is expounded. The cable saddle is expounded. The principle of jacking control is studied, and the adjustment calculation and monitoring methods of datum strands are studied, and the lofting calculation of cable clips is carried out to ensure accurate installation of sling.
2, using the reverse analysis to simulate the hoisting process, after comparing the common temporary connection methods, the temporary fittings connection method was put forward, and its working principle and simulation method were explained. The structural internal force and linear change law of the structure during the hoisting process were emphatically studied, including the lower edge opening of the temporary fittings, the upper edge dislocation and the main cable. The change rule of the shape, the variation of the internal force of the temporary connection and the variation of the stress of the main tower during the jacking process are studied.
3, in view of the hoisting scheme, the effect of temporary connection on the internal force and deformation of the hoisting process is further studied, and the differences and similarities between the lower edge opening of the beam section, the line shape of the main cable, the temporary connection of the axial force and the stress of the main beam are compared. Finally, the conclusion, the connection of the temporary fittings, is finally obtained. It can reduce the stress peak, which is favorable to the structure.
