包裝產(chǎn)品公路運(yùn)輸環(huán)境模擬試驗(yàn)的加速因子

【摘要】:目的研究了GJB 150.16A推薦的包裝運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)條件對(duì)應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)加速因子。方法基于Miler-Palmgrem模型的疲勞損傷等效基本理論,導(dǎo)出了車輛實(shí)際運(yùn)輸時(shí)的行駛速度、結(jié)構(gòu)的材料疲勞參數(shù)與試驗(yàn)加速因子之間的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式,并對(duì)不同的運(yùn)輸工況進(jìn)行了加速因子的定量分析。結(jié)果不同的運(yùn)輸工況(行駛速度)和不同的結(jié)構(gòu)材料(疲勞參數(shù)),當(dāng)應(yīng)用GJB150.16A推薦的包裝運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)條件時(shí),其試驗(yàn)加速因子相差很大,變化范圍為1.6~9.0。結(jié)論設(shè)計(jì)包裝產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)時(shí)要考慮運(yùn)輸工況對(duì)加速因子大小的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the test acceleration factor corresponding to the packing and transportation test conditions recommended by GJB 150.16A. Methods based on the equivalent theory of fatigue damage of Miler-Palmgrem model, the mathematical expressions of the driving speed, the material fatigue parameters of the structure and the test acceleration factor are derived. The acceleration factors are quantitatively analyzed for different transportation conditions. Results under different transportation conditions (driving speed) and different structural materials (fatigue parameters), the test acceleration factor varied greatly when GJB150.16A was applied to the package transportation test conditions, and the range of change was 1.6% 9.0. Conclusion the effect of transport condition on acceleration factor should be considered in the design of packaging product transportation test.
