基于抗裂層材料的馬歇爾試驗評價方法研究

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有馬歇爾試驗方法在抗裂層材料應用中研究的不足,根據(jù)旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實試驗結(jié)果進行不同次數(shù)的馬歇爾擊實試驗,以孔隙率作為評價指標,確定了抗裂層材料馬歇爾試驗最佳擊實次數(shù)為雙面擊實75次。通過將旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實和馬歇爾試驗結(jié)果進行回歸,并結(jié)合抗裂層材料特點和相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范,確定了適用于抗裂層材料馬歇爾試驗的技術(shù)要求,得到了最佳油石比為7.5%,與旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實試驗結(jié)果7.6%接近。試驗結(jié)果表明:研究的抗裂層材料馬歇爾試驗方法具有一定的準確性和可靠性。研究結(jié)果可為科學合理地確定抗裂層材料最佳油石比和抗裂層材料在我國道路提質(zhì)改造中的推廣應用提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of the existing Marshall test method in the application of anti-crack layer material, according to the results of rotary compaction test, the Marshall compaction test was carried out for different times, and the porosity was taken as the evaluation index. The optimum compaction times of Marshall test was determined to be 75 times of double-sided compaction. By regressing the results of rotational compaction and Marshall test, combining with the characteristics of anti-crack layer material and relevant technical specifications, the technical requirements for Marshall test of anti-crack layer material are determined. The results show that the optimum ratio of oil to stone is 7.5%, which is close to the result of rotating compaction test (7.6%). The experimental results show that the Marshall test method is accurate and reliable. The results can provide an important reference for the scientific and reasonable determination of the best oil-stone ratio of anti-crack layer material and the popularization and application of anti-crack layer material in the improvement of road quality in China.
