交通影響評價中用地開發(fā)強度反饋理論的研究

【摘要】:從交通系統(tǒng)與土地利用協(xié)調發(fā)展的角度分析,局部用地開發(fā)強度過大是導致城市交通擁堵的重要原因之一。對此,提出一種可有效抑制用地開發(fā)強度過大、基于交通微觀仿真系統(tǒng)的用地開發(fā)強度反饋方法,并從背景交通流量預測、微觀仿真平臺搭建、用地開發(fā)強度反饋、公交影響評價等幾個方面闡述了該理論主要內容。最后,通過與現(xiàn)行交通影響評價體制的比較,得出了其可從根本上改變"先用地,后交通"的現(xiàn)行規(guī)劃模式結論。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of coordinated development of traffic system and land use, excessive intensity of local land use development is one of the important causes of urban traffic congestion. In this paper, a feedback method of land use development intensity based on traffic micro simulation system is put forward, which can effectively restrain the excessive intensity of land use development, and from the background traffic flow prediction, micro simulation platform is built, and land development intensity feedback. The main contents of this theory are expounded in several aspects, such as bus impact assessment. Finally, by comparing with the current traffic impact assessment system, the author draws a conclusion that it can fundamentally change the current planning mode of "land use first, traffic later".
