【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋梁存在混凝土開裂、后期撓度過大及跨越能力有限等問題,導(dǎo)師周志祥教授提出了裝配式鋼桁-混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的構(gòu)想。本文依托導(dǎo)師主持的交通部重點(diǎn)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目“特大跨鋼桁混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”,在總結(jié)前期研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)鋼桁-混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的概念設(shè)計(jì)方法、估算方法以及快速計(jì)算方法開展了研究,主要內(nèi)容及結(jié)論如下: ①研究了裝配式鋼桁-混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的概念設(shè)計(jì)方法,,分析了裝配式鋼桁-混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)取值、構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)以及施工方法; ②提出了彎矩釋放系數(shù)的概念,基于彎矩釋放系數(shù)建立了鋼桁-混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)的估算方法,通過算例將估算方法和有限元進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,表明估算方法較為可行; ③基于ANSYS-APDL平臺(tái)開發(fā)了裝配式鋼桁-混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋?qū)S脜?shù)化有限元計(jì)算程序,通過與專業(yè)軟件MIDAS進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明了專用參數(shù)化程序計(jì)算結(jié)果可靠,利用專用參數(shù)化程序進(jìn)行了單因素參數(shù)分析,得出了裝配式鋼桁-混凝土組合連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的關(guān)鍵設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)建議取值范圍; ④采用本文建立的概念設(shè)計(jì)方法、估算方法以及參數(shù)化有限元程序,對(duì)榕江特大橋進(jìn)行了概念設(shè)計(jì),給出了推薦方案。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of concrete cracking in existing continuous rigid frame bridges, excessive deflection in the later stage and limited span capacity, Professor Zhou Zhixiang, a tutor, put forward the idea of prefabricated steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge. This paper relies on the key applied basic research project of the Ministry of Communications, "Research on the key Technology of continuous rigid frame of Super large Span Steel Truss concrete combination", based on the summary of the previous research results. The conceptual design method, estimation method and fast calculation method of steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge are studied. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: 1 the conceptual design method of prefabricated steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge is studied, and the key parameters of assembly steel truss concrete continuous rigid frame bridge are analyzed. The concept of moment release coefficient is put forward and the estimation method of steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame is established based on moment release coefficient. The comparison between the estimation method and the finite element method shows that the estimation method is feasible. 3. Based on ANSYS-APDL platform, the special parametric finite element calculation program for the fabricated steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge is developed. By comparing with the special software Midas, it is proved that the calculation result of the special parameterized program is reliable, and the single factor parameter analysis is carried out by using the special parameterized program. The suggested range of key design parameters for the fabricated steel truss concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge is obtained. 4. The conceptual design method, estimation method and parameterized finite element program are used. The concept design of Rong River Bridge is carried out, and the recommended scheme is given.
