Sasobit溫拌瀝青混凝土碾壓溫度離析研究

【摘要】:運用紅外線熱像儀觀測了隧道不同部位的溫拌瀝青混凝土攤鋪面的碾壓溫度分布情況,分析了其溫度離析的不同分布狀況和溫度差異的形成原因,利用無核密度儀(PQI)檢測分析了溫度離析對瀝青路面中面層壓實質量的影響。現場大量的檢測數據表明,溫拌瀝青混凝土碾壓溫度與其密度、壓實度、空隙率之間存在良好的線性相關關系;趬簩嵸|量隨碾壓溫度變化的規(guī)律和壓實度、空隙率的施工質量最低控制要求,建議溫拌瀝青混凝土的最低碾壓控制溫度宜為135℃。參照熱拌瀝青混凝土溫度離析的空隙率和密度差評價標準,提出了溫拌瀝青混凝土不同溫度離析狀況時的碾壓溫度差評價標準,將溫度離析劃分為4種不同的離析程度:未離析、輕度離析、中度離析和重度離析,相應的碾壓溫度差評價標準分別為4,4~11,11~17,17℃。
[Abstract]:The rolling temperature distribution of warm asphalt concrete paving surface in different parts of tunnel was observed by infrared thermal imager, and the different distribution of temperature segregation and the forming reason of temperature difference were analyzed. The effect of temperature segregation on the compaction quality of the middle surface of asphalt pavement is analyzed by means of the seedless density meter (PQI). A large number of field data show that there is a good linear correlation between rolling temperature and density, compactness and voidage of warm asphalt concrete. Based on the law of compaction quality varying with roller compaction temperature, compaction degree and minimum control requirement of construction quality of voids, it is suggested that the minimum rolling control temperature of warm mix asphalt concrete should be 135 鈩,
