【摘要】：史迪威公路是一條修筑于二次世界大戰(zhàn)期間的軍事要道，這條連接中國(guó)、緬甸、印度的國(guó)際公路與中華民族的命運(yùn)息息相關(guān)，因而被稱為抗戰(zhàn)生命線。在戰(zhàn)時(shí)和戰(zhàn)后，大量專家學(xué)者從軍事和歷史的角度對(duì)史迪威公路的修筑經(jīng)過(guò)及其意義進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。然而被稱為“二戰(zhàn)最偉大工程”的史迪威公路本身卻被長(zhǎng)期忽視。本論文從交通建設(shè)與文化的角度對(duì)史迪威公路展開研究。 本文研究明確了史迪威公路是由滇緬公路的國(guó)內(nèi)段和雷多公路兩條公路組成，，起于印度雷多，止于中國(guó)昆明。系統(tǒng)分析了滇緬公路和雷多公路的修筑背景、勘察選線、修筑經(jīng)過(guò)、工程技術(shù)指標(biāo)和運(yùn)輸量。 史迪威公路作為一條軍事要道，始終堅(jiān)持先求通、后求好的戰(zhàn)略方針，這一戰(zhàn)略在公路構(gòu)造物上表現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。多采用當(dāng)時(shí)最先進(jìn)的柔性懸索橋技術(shù)解決橫斷山區(qū)河流水流湍急的難題，公路沿線使用的貝雷橋、波紋管涵都是當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)際前沿的工程技術(shù)。特別要指出的是，史迪威公路沿線鋪設(shè)了戰(zhàn)時(shí)世界最長(zhǎng)的輸油管道。這些構(gòu)造物都帶有鮮明的戰(zhàn)時(shí)急造軍事公路的特質(zhì)。 論文對(duì)蘊(yùn)含在史迪威公路中的交通人文進(jìn)行了探討。史迪威公路是由美國(guó)、中國(guó)、英國(guó)、印度等國(guó)的工程師修筑的國(guó)際公路，東西方文化在公路上碰撞融合。盡管修建于中華民族最困難的時(shí)期，但史迪威公路的命名、公路標(biāo)志標(biāo)牌和沿線紀(jì)念標(biāo)牌的設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)不蘊(yùn)含著深厚的交通人文內(nèi)涵，值得當(dāng)代借鑒。此外，以史迪威公路為背景，還誕生了為數(shù)眾多的文學(xué)、藝術(shù)、新聞、攝影作品。 最后，對(duì)史迪威公路的當(dāng)代價(jià)值進(jìn)行了分析。提出史迪威公路是中國(guó)參與世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的見證，是中美國(guó)際友誼的紐帶。重建史迪威公路有助于發(fā)展云南旅游業(yè)、推動(dòng)云南面向西南橋頭堡的建設(shè)；有助于推動(dòng)中國(guó)和東南亞、南亞的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。重建史迪威公路和中緬油氣管道對(duì)我國(guó)的能源安全和國(guó)防安全至關(guān)重要，它們可以成為我國(guó)破解第一島鏈和馬六甲困局的鑰匙。
[Abstract]:The Stilwell Highway is a military route built during World War II. The international highway linking China, Myanmar and India is closely related to the fate of the Chinese nation and is therefore called the lifeline of the War of Resistance against Japan. In the war and postwar, a large number of experts and scholars from the military and historical point of view of the construction of Stilwell Road and its significance. Yet the Stilwell Highway itself, known as World War II's greatest project, has long been ignored. This paper studies the Stilwell Highway from the angle of traffic construction and culture. In this paper, it is clear that the Stilwell Highway is composed of the domestic section of the Dian-Myanmar Highway and the Ledo Highway, which starts in Raido, India, and ends in Kunming, China. The construction background, route selection, construction process, engineering technical index and transportation volume of Yunnan Burma Highway and Ledo Highway are systematically analyzed. As a military important road, Stilwell has always insisted on the strategic policy of seeking first and then good, which is especially evident in highway structure. The most advanced flexible suspension bridge at that time was used to solve the problem of rapid current of rivers in Hengduan Mountains. The Belay bridge and corrugated pipe culvert used along the highway were all the advanced engineering techniques in the world at that time. In particular, the world's longest oil pipeline was laid along the Stilwell Highway during the war. These structures all have the distinct wartime emergency military highway characteristic. The paper discusses the traffic humanities contained in Stilwell Highway. The Stilwell Highway is an international highway built by engineers from the United States, China, Britain, India and other countries. Although it was built in the most difficult period of the Chinese nation, the naming of Stilwell Highway, the design of highway signs and commemorative signs along the road contains profound cultural connotation of traffic, which is worthy of contemporary reference. In addition, with the Stilwell Road as the background, there are many literary, artistic, news, photographic works. Finally, the contemporary value of Stilwell Highway is analyzed. The Stilwell Highway is the witness of China's participation in the world anti-fascist war and the tie of international friendship between China and the United States. The reconstruction of the Stilwell Highway will help to develop Yunnan's tourism industry, promote Yunnan's southwestern bridgehead construction, and promote economic and trade cooperation between China and Southeast Asia and South Asia. Rebuilding the Stilwell highway and the Sino-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline is vital to our energy security and national defense security. They can be the key to breaking the first island chain and Malacca dilemma.
