【摘要】：闡述江蘇沿江港口危險品作業(yè)概況,分析信息平臺對港口危險品作業(yè)安全監(jiān)管的重要性,依據(jù)信息平臺監(jiān)管機理,選擇"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"監(jiān)管模式,從靜態(tài)申報、港區(qū)監(jiān)控、過程監(jiān)管、應(yīng)急處置幾方面系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建江蘇沿江港口危險品作業(yè)安全監(jiān)管信息平臺。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the general situation of dangerous goods operation in Jiangsu port along the Yangtze River, analyzes the importance of the information platform to the safety supervision of the port dangerous goods operation, selects the "Internet" supervision mode according to the supervision mechanism of the information platform, from the static declaration and the port area monitoring. Process supervision, emergency disposal system to build Jiangsu Port dangerous goods operation safety supervision information platform.
