【摘要】：近十多年來，我國(guó)高速公路快速發(fā)展。在高速公路給人們出行帶來便利高效的同時(shí)，引發(fā)的交通安全問題也日益嚴(yán)重，特別是高速公路尾隨相撞事故的發(fā)生，不僅給人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來了較大損失，同時(shí)給社會(huì)造成了較大的負(fù)面影響。在高速公路所發(fā)生的事故形態(tài)中，無論是事故次數(shù)、死亡人數(shù)、受傷人數(shù)、事故造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，尾隨相撞事故所占的比例均是最大的，，因此十分有必要對(duì)我國(guó)高速公路尾隨相撞事故進(jìn)行研究，以減少尾隨相撞事故的發(fā)生，提高我國(guó)高速公路的安全水平與服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 在對(duì)浙江省高速公路典型路段尾隨相撞事故統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)尾隨相撞事故特點(diǎn)、事故機(jī)理、影響因素等進(jìn)行了深入探討；從運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的角度對(duì)汽車跟馳和制動(dòng)的過程進(jìn)行分析，建立了高速公路最小安全車距模型，提出了設(shè)計(jì)階段基于運(yùn)行速度的尾隨相撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型。在分析我國(guó)高速公路尾隨相撞事故預(yù)防現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，宏觀上提出了以駕駛?cè)藶橹攸c(diǎn)的高速公路尾隨相撞事故防治三道防線控制體系；微觀上從人、車、路、氣候條件、管理、法律法規(guī)建設(shè)等方面系統(tǒng)地提出了尾隨相撞事故預(yù)防性對(duì)策措施，對(duì)最大限度的減少我國(guó)高速公路尾隨相撞事故的發(fā)生具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the highway of our country develops rapidly. While the expressway brings convenience and efficiency to people's travel, the traffic safety problems are becoming more and more serious, especially the accident of the following collision, which not only brings great loss to people's life and property, but also brings great loss to people's life and property. At the same time to the society caused a greater negative impact. No matter the number of accidents, the number of deaths, the number of injuries, the economic losses caused by the accidents, and the proportion of trailing accidents are the largest in the form of accidents occurring on the highway. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the tail collision accident of expressway in our country, in order to reduce the occurrence of the tail collision accident. Based on the statistical analysis of the trailing collision accidents in typical sections of expressway in Zhejiang Province, the characteristics, mechanism and influencing factors of the trailing collision accidents are discussed. This paper analyzes the process of following and braking from the point of view of kinematics, establishes the model of minimum safe distance of freeway, and puts forward the risk assessment model of trailing collision based on running speed in the design stage. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the prevention of the expressway trailing collision accident in our country, this paper puts forward the control system of the three lines of defense for the prevention and control of the expressway trailing collision accident, focusing on the driver, microscopically, from the person, the car, the road, the climate condition, the management. In the aspects of laws and regulations construction, the preventive countermeasures of the trailing collision accident are put forward systematically, which is of great significance to minimize the occurrence of the expressway trailing collision accident in our country.
