混凝土箱梁鋼混獨(dú)塔斜拉橋分析和塔柱鋼混結(jié)合段詳細(xì)應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:首先,對(duì)獨(dú)塔斜拉橋和混合橋塔進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹。然后,論文以跨徑為130+130m獨(dú)塔斜拉橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?提出了混凝土箱梁鋼混獨(dú)塔斜拉橋的結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)該斜拉橋的混凝土箱梁、鋼混橋塔和斜拉索進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)。采用大型有限元分析軟件MIDAS/CIVIL2012,建立混凝土箱梁鋼混獨(dú)塔斜拉橋基于梁?jiǎn)卧娜珮蛴邢拊P?計(jì)算分析成橋運(yùn)營(yíng)階段的恒載、活載、整體升降溫、梁體正負(fù)溫度梯度和風(fēng)荷載作用下結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng),依據(jù)最不利荷載組合驗(yàn)算了全橋的變形和應(yīng)力。其次,對(duì)成橋狀態(tài)自振特性進(jìn)行分析,并采用反應(yīng)譜方法和時(shí)程方法計(jì)算分析該橋的地震響應(yīng)。再次,采用ANSYS有限元軟件建立該橋基于實(shí)體單元、板殼單元和桿單元的全橋大規(guī)模組合單元詳細(xì)模型,計(jì)算分析橋塔鋼混結(jié)合段在恒載單獨(dú)作用下、恒載與車道荷載作用下以及恒載與驗(yàn)算荷載作用下的詳細(xì)應(yīng)力,著重分析PBL鋼筋、混凝土榫和開孔鋼板的力學(xué)行為,對(duì)比了三種不同鋼筋直徑和開孔板孔徑的力學(xué)性能。基于上述計(jì)算分析,提出鋼混結(jié)合段優(yōu)化的建議。
[Abstract]:First, the single-tower cable-stayed bridge and the hybrid tower are briefly introduced. Then, taking 130,130m single-tower cable-stayed bridge as the engineering background, the paper puts forward the structure of the concrete box girder steel-concrete single-tower cable-stayed bridge, and designs the concrete box girder, the steel-concrete bridge tower and the cable-stayed cable of the cable-stayed bridge. The finite element model of the whole bridge of concrete box girder steel-concrete single-tower cable-stayed bridge based on beam element was established by using Midas / CIVIL2012.The dead load, live load and overall rise and drop of the bridge were calculated and analyzed. Under the action of positive and negative temperature gradient and wind load, the deformation and stress of the whole bridge are calculated according to the most unfavorable load combination. Secondly, the natural vibration characteristics of the bridge are analyzed, and the seismic response of the bridge is calculated by using the response spectrum method and time history method. Thirdly, the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the detailed model of the whole bridge large-scale combined element based on the solid element, the plate shell element and the bar element, and to calculate and analyze the bridge tower steel mixing combination section acting on the dead load alone. The detailed stresses under dead load and lane load, dead load and check load are analyzed in detail. The mechanical behavior of PBL steel bar, concrete tenon and perforated steel plate is analyzed, and the mechanical properties of three kinds of steel bars with different diameter and aperture are compared. Based on the above calculation and analysis, suggestions for optimization of steel-concrete joint section are put forward.
