普通干線公路再生路面結(jié)構(gòu)及材料特性研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,全國(guó)進(jìn)行了大規(guī)模的公路建設(shè),之后,公路養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)代來(lái)臨.每年公路大中修養(yǎng)護(hù)造成的銑刨料堆積如山,大都被棄之荒野。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),每年國(guó)省干線公路僅瀝青面層舊料可回收利用的數(shù)量就約為1.6億噸,造成了環(huán)境污染和資源浪費(fèi),對(duì)設(shè)再生路面結(jié)構(gòu)和廢舊瀝青路面材料循環(huán)利用的研究已是大勢(shì)所趨。 論文對(duì)普通干線公路再生路面結(jié)構(gòu)及材料特性的研究,以山西省普通干線公路再生結(jié)構(gòu)和材料作為研究對(duì)象,研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)對(duì)山西省普通干線公路現(xiàn)有路面結(jié)構(gòu)型式和大中修結(jié)構(gòu)型式進(jìn)行歸類總結(jié);通過(guò)對(duì)近五年交通量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行換算,進(jìn)行交通量等級(jí)重新劃分;得出不同交通量等級(jí)下的各片區(qū)使用路面典型結(jié)構(gòu)型式:分析普通干線公路現(xiàn)有路面病害及其成因,并給出改善各種病害形式的新型路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式及適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)。 (2)針對(duì)設(shè)再生面層和設(shè)再生基層的普通干線公路的主導(dǎo)破損形式提出各自的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),并進(jìn)行軸載換算、確定其設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的容許值、提出參數(shù)確定及路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計(jì)步驟。 (3)提出適宜的冷再生混合料設(shè)計(jì)流程和設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出冷再生混合料試件養(yǎng)生方法、混合料拌制時(shí)的投料順序。在冷再生混合料級(jí)配范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì)和后期的試驗(yàn)研究。 (4)普通于線公路改造路面冷再生混合料設(shè)計(jì)、路用性能及施工技術(shù)研究,改造路面推薦結(jié)構(gòu)使用性能評(píng)估及實(shí)體工程鋪筑驗(yàn)證。 (5)采用應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子及路面使用性能實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)廠拌冷再生混合料進(jìn)行疲勞壽命及使用性能預(yù)估。通過(guò)力學(xué)分析及理論推導(dǎo),研究該路面結(jié)構(gòu)在對(duì)稱荷載和偏荷載作用下其疲勞壽命能否滿足設(shè)計(jì)年限內(nèi)的當(dāng)量荷載作用軸載。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economic construction, a large-scale highway construction has been carried out throughout the country. The annual road maintenance caused by milling planing piles up, mostly abandoned wilderness. According to statistics, the amount of old asphalt pavement materials that can be recycled each year on national and provincial trunk roads is about 160 million tons, resulting in environmental pollution and waste of resources. The research on recycled pavement structure and recycling of waste asphalt pavement materials is the trend of the times. This paper studies the structure and material characteristics of the recycled pavement of the ordinary trunk highway, taking the regenerated structure and materials of the ordinary trunk road in Shanxi Province as the research object. The research contents are as follows: 1) classifying and summarizing the existing pavement structure type and the major and medium repair structure type of Shanxi ordinary trunk highway, and reclassifying the traffic volume grade through the conversion of the traffic volume data in the past five years; The typical structure types of pavement used in different traffic volume grades are obtained: the existing pavement diseases and their causes of formation of ordinary trunk highway are analyzed, and the new pavement structure form and adaptability evaluation are given to improve various kinds of disease forms. (2) according to the main damaged form of the ordinary trunk highway with recycled surface layer and regenerated base course, the paper puts forward their design indexes, makes the axle load conversion, determines the allowable value of the design index, and puts forward the steps of parameter determination and pavement structure combination design. 3) put forward the suitable design flow and design method of cold recycled mixture, put forward the method of preserving the health of the cold recycled mixture, and put forward the feeding sequence when the mixture is mixed. Mix ratio design and later test study were carried out in the gradation range of cold recycled mixture. (4) Design of cold recycled mixture, study of road performance and construction technology, evaluation of performance of recommended structure of modified pavement and verification of solid engineering paving. The fatigue life and performance of cold recycled mixture are predicted by using the stress intensity factor and the measured data of pavement performance. Through mechanical analysis and theoretical derivation, it is studied whether the fatigue life of the pavement structure under symmetrical and partial loads can meet the axial load of equivalent load in the design life.
