基于車橋耦合振動(dòng)分析的異形鋼拱橋通行舒適度評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:車輛通過(guò)橋梁時(shí),會(huì)影響橋梁的動(dòng)力特性,同時(shí)也會(huì)影響橋梁的使用性能。而橋梁由于振動(dòng)作用也會(huì)反過(guò)來(lái)加劇車輛的振動(dòng);鋼橋,尤其是異形鋼拱橋,由于自重輕,跨度大,自身剛度小,所以屬于較柔的體系橋梁,且因?yàn)槠珣B(tài)的特征所以動(dòng)力性能更加復(fù)雜,這種車橋耦合相互作用的影響程度也尤為明顯;而汽車的平穩(wěn)性是評(píng)價(jià)司乘人員舒適性的主要依據(jù),它反映了汽車振動(dòng)對(duì)司乘人員舒適程度的影響;同時(shí),對(duì)城市橋梁而言,汽車通過(guò)橋梁時(shí),由于橋梁的振動(dòng)也會(huì)影響行人在橋面上行走的舒適度。因此,開(kāi)展基于車橋耦合振動(dòng)分析的異形鋼拱橋行車行人舒適度研究,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文選取杭州正在建設(shè)的兩座大跨度異形鋼拱橋?yàn)檠芯勘尘?首先采用有限元軟件Ansys建立單自由度的質(zhì)量—彈簧系統(tǒng)來(lái)模擬車輛,通過(guò)改變彈簧的剛度來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)不同頻率的車輛,將其作用在橋梁模型上的不同位置上,對(duì)車輛和這兩座橋梁進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的車橋耦合特性分析;然后采用目前較為流行的車橋耦合振動(dòng)數(shù)值分析方法,即將車輛和橋梁分為兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng),分別建立各自的振動(dòng)微分方程。車輛運(yùn)動(dòng)方程的程序采用Matlab進(jìn)行編制,橋梁模型采用有限元軟件Ansys進(jìn)行建模。車橋耦合的關(guān)系通過(guò)車輪底部和橋面之間始終保持接觸的條件來(lái)建立,利用相互迭代的方法進(jìn)行車橋耦合數(shù)值分析,研究了不同橋面等級(jí)下不同車速的振動(dòng)響應(yīng),在此基礎(chǔ)上編制Matlab程序提取了各種工況下車輛上司乘人員的瞬時(shí)振動(dòng)加速度和振動(dòng)頻率,結(jié)合目前常用的國(guó)際舒適度評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO2361-1997(E),對(duì)這兩座異形鋼拱橋的行車舒適度進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià);最后采用Sperling平穩(wěn)性指標(biāo),在車橋耦合振動(dòng)的環(huán)境下,對(duì)兩旁行人通行的舒適度進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。研究結(jié)果表明,兩座橋梁的行車舒適度和行人舒適度均滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,且九沙大橋的整體舒適度優(yōu)于運(yùn)河二通道橋梁。 本文基于既有有限元軟件對(duì)大跨度異形鋼拱橋進(jìn)行了車橋耦合振動(dòng)特性分析并進(jìn)行了行車和行人舒適度評(píng)價(jià),其研究成果對(duì)類似橋梁和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的繼續(xù)研究具有一定的參考價(jià)值,同時(shí)對(duì)這兩座橋建成后的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理決策提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:When the vehicle passes the bridge, it will affect the dynamic characteristics of the bridge as well as the performance of the bridge. Because of the vibration, the bridge will also aggravate the vibration of the vehicle. The steel bridge, especially the special-shaped steel arch bridge, belongs to a softer system bridge because of its light weight, large span and small stiffness. Because of the characteristic of skew, the dynamic performance is more complex, so the influence of the vehicle-bridge coupling interaction is more obvious, and the vehicle smoothness is the main basis for evaluating the ride comfort. It reflects the influence of vehicle vibration on the comfort degree of riders, and at the same time, for urban bridges, the vibration of bridges will also affect the comfort of pedestrians walking on the bridge floor. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study pedestrian comfort of special-shaped steel arch bridge based on vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis. In this paper, two large-span special-shaped steel arch bridges under construction in Hangzhou are selected as the research background. Firstly, a mass-spring system with single degree of freedom is established by using finite element software Ansys to simulate vehicles, and vehicles with different frequencies are realized by changing the stiffness of springs. The vehicle and the two bridges are analyzed systematically on the different position of the bridge model, and then the numerical analysis method of the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration is adopted, which is popular at present. The vehicle and bridge are divided into two subsystems, and their vibration differential equations are established respectively. The program of vehicle motion equation is compiled by Matlab, and the bridge model is modeled by finite element software Ansys. The relationship of vehicle-bridge coupling is established by the condition that the wheel bottom and the bridge deck remain in contact all the time. The vibration response of different vehicle and bridge speed under different bridge deck grades is studied by using the iterative method of vehicle-bridge coupling numerical analysis. On this basis, the Matlab program is compiled to extract the instantaneous vibration acceleration and vibration frequency of the riders in various working conditions. Combined with the international comfort evaluation standard ISO 2361-1997, the driving comfort of these two special-shaped steel arch bridges is evaluated. Finally, the comfort degree of pedestrian is evaluated under the environment of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration using Sperling stationary index. The results show that the driving comfort and pedestrian comfort of the two bridges meet the standard requirements, and the overall comfort of Jiusha Bridge is better than that of the canal two-channel bridge. Based on the existing finite element software, the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration characteristics of large-span special-shaped steel arch bridge are analyzed and the comfort of driving and pedestrian is evaluated. The research results have certain reference value for the continuous research of similar bridges and related fields, and also provide a reference basis for the maintenance and management decisions of these two bridges after the completion of the two bridges.
