乳化瀝青冷再生混合料高溫變形特征試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:將乳化瀝青冷再生混合料(ECR)、熱拌普通瀝青混合料(HMA)及兩者組合(ECR/HMA)共三種結(jié)構(gòu)形式,分兩層碾壓成10 cm厚的車轍板并切割制作試件,采用MMLS3小型加速加載設(shè)備,在60℃試驗(yàn)條件下對(duì)三種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的變形特征進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),三種結(jié)構(gòu)的車轍總變形量可采用加載次數(shù)對(duì)數(shù)曲線很好地進(jìn)行擬合,最終車轍總變形量的大小順序?yàn)镋CRECR/HMAHMA,ECR的高溫抗變形性能要優(yōu)于HMA;和HMA不同,ECR的車轍總變形主要表現(xiàn)為壓密變形,隆起變形量很小,隆起系數(shù)僅為0.15~0.20,說明了其高溫抗剪切變形能力較強(qiáng);在加載后期的車轍穩(wěn)定發(fā)展階段,ECR的蠕變速率也較HMA要大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cold recycled asphalt mixture (ECR), hot mix asphalt mixture (HMA) and its combination (ECR / HMA) are divided into two layers, which are rolled into 10 cm thick rutting board and cut to make the specimen.
