單車明線工況下高速列車室內(nèi)壓力波動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)已在明線工況下連續(xù)運(yùn)營一段時(shí)間的16節(jié)長編組200 km/h動(dòng)車進(jìn)行實(shí)車試驗(yàn),利用車載測試系統(tǒng)重點(diǎn)測試列車經(jīng)過分相區(qū)、緊急制動(dòng)以及列車到站開啟車門3種工況下,客室內(nèi)氣壓變化率和室內(nèi)外壓差;并根據(jù)車體氣密性指數(shù)求解方法,分析車體動(dòng)態(tài)氣密性指數(shù)隨時(shí)間變化關(guān)系。根據(jù)測試結(jié)果,結(jié)合動(dòng)車組通風(fēng)換氣裝置結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)分析動(dòng)態(tài)氣密性指數(shù)增大發(fā)生耳鳴現(xiàn)象的原因,并提出改進(jìn)措施。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著運(yùn)行時(shí)間的增加,室內(nèi)負(fù)壓呈線性逐漸增大,室內(nèi)最大負(fù)壓為-982 Pa;室內(nèi)壓力變化率隨室內(nèi)外壓差的變大而逐漸增大,列車到站開啟車門工況下3 s變化率最大為602 Pa/(3 s),1 s變化率最大為564 Pa/s,經(jīng)過分相區(qū)時(shí)的最大3 s變化率和1 s變化率分別為263 Pa/(3 s)和93 Pa/s。車體動(dòng)態(tài)氣密性指數(shù)隨運(yùn)行時(shí)間的增加而增加,最大值為11.58。
[Abstract]:The actual vehicle test was carried out for the 16 section 200 km/h train, which has been running for a period of time under the working condition of the Ming line. The vehicle test system was used to test the change rate of the air pressure in the passenger compartment and the pressure difference indoors and outside under the 3 kinds of operating conditions of the train passing through the phase division area, emergency brake and the train to the station to open the door; and the calculation method based on the air tightness index of the car body was carried out. The dynamic air tightness index of the car body is analyzed with time. According to the test results and combining the structural characteristics of the ventilating and ventilating device of the EMU, the cause of the dynamic air tightness index is analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. The results show that the negative pressure in the room increases linearly with the increase of the running time and the maximum negative pressure in the room. Pressure is -982 Pa; the change rate of indoor pressure increases gradually with the pressure difference between inside and outside room. The maximum change rate of 3 s is 602 Pa/ (3 s) and the maximum change rate of 1 s is 564 Pa/s.
