居住小區(qū)人車分行模式研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高,機(jī)動(dòng)車進(jìn)入家庭己是必然趨勢(shì),我們必須清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到世界人口不斷增長、城市不斷發(fā)展、人類的生存空間變得日益狹小,創(chuàng)造高質(zhì)量的人居環(huán)境己成為時(shí)代主題。由于我國人多地少的矛盾非常突出,機(jī)動(dòng)車走入家庭、走進(jìn)居住小區(qū)后,必然帶來一系列的問題,而居住問題是當(dāng)代中國重要的社會(huì)問題之一,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展要求我們建立適宜的人居環(huán)境。 本文縱覽了人車分行在居住區(qū)道路設(shè)置層面上的發(fā)展歷程,通過對(duì)大量居住小區(qū)道路設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)例分析,總結(jié)了居住小區(qū)中人車分行的設(shè)計(jì)方法與選擇條件,引出了在居住小區(qū)中創(chuàng)立復(fù)合式人車和諧道路系統(tǒng)的思考,力求在居住區(qū)的開發(fā)、布局、交通及環(huán)境設(shè)置等方面形成一個(gè)可操作性的模式。 本文從目前大量居住小區(qū)的建設(shè),基于目前居住小區(qū)道路交通規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論,以目前西安大量小區(qū)規(guī)劃為例,研究人車分行道路交通模式的原則,設(shè)計(jì)方法以及存在的問題,探索在當(dāng)前社會(huì)背景下,提出西安居住區(qū)道路交通規(guī)劃發(fā)展前景與相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)建議,,真正做到以人為本的居住區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)理念,為以后西安城的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。 文章第一章緒論主要是文章研究的背景、目的、意義和框架,第二章是對(duì)居住小區(qū)道路交通的一個(gè)綜述,包括對(duì)國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的分析,對(duì)交通模式選擇的分析,第三章是文章的調(diào)研部分,通過調(diào)研總結(jié)出人車分行的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),第四章是人車分行相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的研究,包括步行系統(tǒng)、動(dòng)態(tài)交通和靜態(tài)交通,在以上基礎(chǔ)上提出復(fù)合式人車和諧的組織模式的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法,最后提出自己對(duì)未來的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of our economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, it is an inevitable trend for motor vehicles to enter the family. We must soberly realize that the world population continues to grow and the cities continue to develop. Human living space has become increasingly narrow, creating high-quality human settlements has become the theme of the times. As the contradiction between the large number of people and the small number of land is very prominent in our country, when motor vehicles enter the family and enter the residential area, it will inevitably bring about a series of problems, and the housing problem is one of the important social problems in contemporary China. China's economic development requires us to establish a suitable living environment. In this paper, the development course of the car branch in the residential area is reviewed, and the design method and the selection condition of the car branch in the residential district are summarized through the analysis of a large number of road design examples in the residential area. In this paper, the author puts forward the thinking of establishing the compound human and car harmonious road system in the residential district, and tries to form an operable mode in the development, layout, traffic and environment setting of the residential area. Based on the theory of road traffic planning, this paper studies the principles, design methods and existing problems of the road traffic mode of the vehicle branch in Xi'an, based on the current construction of a large number of residential areas, and based on the relevant theory of road traffic planning in the current residential area, taking Xi'an large number of residential areas as an example. Under the current social background, this paper puts forward the development prospect of road traffic planning and related design suggestions of Xi'an residential area, so as to make a real people-oriented residential area design concept and make due contributions to the sustainable development of Xi'an city in the future. The first chapter is an introduction to the background, purpose, significance and framework of the article. The second chapter is a summary of the road traffic in residential areas, including the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, the analysis of the choice of traffic mode. The third chapter is the research part of the article, through the investigation and summary of the advantages and disadvantages of the car branch, the fourth chapter is the research of the related system of the car branch, including the walking system, dynamic traffic and static traffic. On the basis of the above, the design principles and methods of compound human-car harmonious organization pattern are put forward, and finally, the future prospect is put forward.
