高速公路隧道安全施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近二十多年來,我國高等級公路的建設(shè)十分迅速。公路隧道作為公路路線的基本組成部分,與公路建設(shè)同步發(fā)展。大量長大公路隧道和隧道的建設(shè),既可以縮短行車的距離,又能提高提高行車速度,發(fā)展地方經(jīng)濟(jì),取得良好的社會及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,但隧道工程由于地質(zhì)構(gòu)造的復(fù)雜性以及工作面狹小,不可預(yù)見性因素多,各種危險有害因素相交織等特點(diǎn),其施工的事故率比其他工程要嚴(yán)重得多。 本文以張涿高速公路隧道工程為背景開展研究工作,深入調(diào)查國內(nèi)隧道施工實(shí)踐,再借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)隧道工程安全事故的主要因素和施工安全措施。通過對東馬各莊隧道、西馬各莊隧道和南峪隧道Ⅴ級圍巖淺埋段施工過程數(shù)值模擬,研究隧道施工方法,,施工順序及施工布距對圍巖支護(hù)或襯砌的影響,以期確定工法的合理性,用于指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場施工。分析表明隨著石質(zhì)路基模量的增大,層間剪應(yīng)力、拉應(yīng)力都隨之增大,但增大的幅值較小,而彎沉值減小,且減小的幅值較大。通過對大量監(jiān)控量測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有隧道塌方監(jiān)測和預(yù)警方面的國內(nèi)外成果,對現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外隧道洞室穩(wěn)定控制指標(biāo)種類進(jìn)行了歸類,并結(jié)合張涿高速公路隧道,制定了該項(xiàng)目的預(yù)警建議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, the construction of high-grade highway in our country is very fast. As a basic part of highway route, highway tunnel develops synchronously with highway construction. The construction of a large number of long and long highway tunnels and tunnels can not only shorten the driving distance, but also increase the driving speed, develop the local economy, and achieve good social and economic benefits. However, due to the complexity of geological structure and the narrow working face, many unpredictable factors and intertwined dangerous and harmful factors, the accident rate of tunnel construction is much more serious than that of other projects. Based on the Zhangzhuo expressway tunnel project, this paper makes a thorough investigation of the domestic tunnel construction practice, and then summarizes the main factors and construction safety measures of the tunnel engineering safety accident based on the experience of foreign countries. Through numerical simulation of the construction process of grade V surrounding rock shallow section of Dongma Gezhuang Tunnel, Xima Gezhuang Tunnel and Nanyu Tunnel, the influence of tunnel construction method, construction sequence and construction spacing on surrounding rock support or lining is studied. In order to determine the rationality of the construction method, used to guide the site construction. The analysis shows that with the increase of the modulus of the stone subgrade, the interlayer shear stress and tensile stress increase, but the amplitude of the increase is smaller, the deflection value decreases, and the decreasing amplitude is larger. By analyzing a large number of monitoring and measuring data and combining with the domestic and foreign achievements in monitoring and early warning of tunnel collapse, this paper classifies the existing categories of stability control indexes of tunnel caverns at home and abroad, and combines with the tunnel of Zhangzhuo Expressway. A standard for early warning recommendations for the project has been developed.
