大連地鐵2號(hào)線盾構(gòu)施工引起的地表沉降研究

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)法是地鐵隧道施工中一種重要的施工工法,憑借其施工技術(shù)的安全性和先進(jìn)性等特點(diǎn),在城市地鐵隧道施工中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。但盾構(gòu)法施工不可避免的會(huì)引起地表沉降,當(dāng)?shù)乇沓两颠^大時(shí)將危及周圍建筑物和地下管線等建(構(gòu))筑物的穩(wěn)定,從而造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和社會(huì)影響。本文通過對(duì)大連地鐵2號(hào)線202標(biāo)段大量的施工監(jiān)測(cè)資料進(jìn)行分析,研究了盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)過程中地表沉降的發(fā)展規(guī)律和影響因素,論述了盾構(gòu)機(jī)具選型和掘進(jìn)參數(shù)的控制原則。 本文利用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道掘進(jìn)過程進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值模擬,考慮施工間隙、施工質(zhì)量、土的非線性及土體與管片協(xié)同作用,經(jīng)過對(duì)比有限元分析計(jì)算結(jié)果和實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),得出較好的擬合結(jié)果。在理論上從水平、徑向及豎向等多個(gè)維度研究盾構(gòu)施工所引起的地層損失和圍巖變形,同時(shí)討論雙線盾構(gòu)、加固處理及隧道埋深等地表建筑物對(duì)施工沉降的影響。經(jīng)過大量分析計(jì)算,得到了一些有益的結(jié)果?梢詾榇筮B和相近地質(zhì)條件下地鐵盾構(gòu)施工提供一定的理論指導(dǎo)。鑒于ABAQUS軟件的缺陷和作者有限的水平,提出了一些數(shù)值模擬的優(yōu)化方案和研究的改進(jìn)思路,為今后相關(guān)研究提供些微借鑒。
[Abstract]:Shield method is an important construction method in the construction of subway tunnel. With its construction technology's safety and advanced characteristics, it is more and more widely used in the construction of urban subway tunnel. However, the shield method will inevitably cause the surface subsidence. When the local surface subsidence is too large, it will endanger the surrounding buildings and underground pipelines and so on. The stability of construction and construction will cause serious economic loss and social influence. Through the analysis of the large number of construction monitoring data of the 202 section of Dalian Metro Line 2, the development law and influencing factors of the ground settlement during the shield tunneling are studied, and the selection of the shield machine tools and the control principles of the driving parameters are discussed.
In this paper, the ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the tunneling process of the shield tunnel, considering the construction clearance, the construction quality, the soil nonlinearity and the coordination of the soil and the pipe. Through the comparison of the finite element analysis results and the actual monitoring data, the better fitting results are obtained. In theory, it is from the level, radial and vertical. This paper studies the formation loss and the deformation of the surrounding rock caused by the shield construction. At the same time, it discusses the influence of surface buildings such as double line shield, reinforcement treatment and tunnel depth on construction settlement. After a large amount of analysis and calculation, some useful results have been obtained. It can provide some theoretical guidance for subway shield construction under Dalian and similar geological strip. In view of the defects of the ABAQUS software and the limited level of the author, some optimization schemes for numerical simulation and the improvement of the research are put forward to provide some reference for future research.
