新建城市軌道交通沿線公交線路調(diào)整方法研究

【摘要】:在我國大部分城市中交通問題越來越嚴(yán)重,大力發(fā)展公共交通成為了解決城市內(nèi)部交通問題的根本對策。在公共交通系統(tǒng)中,城市軌道交通以其運(yùn)量大、速度快、安全、準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、高效等特點(diǎn)的優(yōu)勢占據(jù)了城市公共交通系統(tǒng)中的主導(dǎo)地位。由于軌道交通線路的建設(shè)具有時(shí)序性,需要常規(guī)公交網(wǎng)絡(luò)來配合配合軌道交通線路,并需對原有的公交網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。本文工作內(nèi)容主要從以下幾個(gè)方面對城市軌道交通沿線的常規(guī)公交線路及運(yùn)營協(xié)同調(diào)整方法進(jìn)行研究: 通過研究常規(guī)公交與軌道交通的特性,理解二者內(nèi)在關(guān)系,從七個(gè)不同層面對二者的特性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的比較分析。同時(shí),基于常規(guī)公交線路與軌道交通線路的競爭與合作關(guān)系、空間拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系,分析了圍繞軌道交通線路的常規(guī)公交線路的特性與分類。 對常規(guī)公交線路走向調(diào)整方法的研究主要針對軌道交通新線投入運(yùn)營下常規(guī)公交線路優(yōu)化調(diào)整的特性,給出了常規(guī)公交線路的優(yōu)化調(diào)整原則及策略。 對常規(guī)公交線路的起訖點(diǎn)的研究是通過合理處理換乘客流、調(diào)整公交出行O-D矩陣,并根據(jù)客流量大小原則來確定常規(guī)公交起訖點(diǎn)。站間距的優(yōu)化方法是以乘客總出行時(shí)間最小建立最優(yōu)站距模型,討論了單純對線路的調(diào)整不能使兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)的總效益達(dá)到最優(yōu),從而建立了以常規(guī)公交乘客出行及運(yùn)營總成本最小為目標(biāo)的線路與運(yùn)營的協(xié)同調(diào)整模型。 采用基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的綜合評價(jià)方法對調(diào)整后的公交線網(wǎng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評價(jià)。并以寧波軌道交通1號線為例,分析了與其配合的常規(guī)公交線路走向、起訖站點(diǎn)、以及站間距調(diào)整的方法,同時(shí)得出合理的發(fā)車間隔及配車數(shù),通過評價(jià)證實(shí)方法的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In most cities of our country, the traffic problem is becoming more and more serious, and the development of public transportation has become the fundamental countermeasure to solve the urban internal traffic problem. In the public transportation system, the urban rail transit occupies the dominant position in the urban public transportation system because of its advantages of large volume, fast speed, safety, punctuality and high efficiency. Because the construction of rail transit line has the time sequence, it needs the routine public transport network to cooperate with the rail transit line, and needs to adjust the original public transportation network. In this paper, the following aspects of the urban rail transit along the conventional bus routes and operational coordination adjustment methods are studied: Through the study of the characteristics of conventional public transport and rail transit, the inherent relationship between them is understood, and the characteristics of them are compared and analyzed in detail from seven different levels. At the same time, based on the competition and cooperation between conventional bus lines and rail transit lines, and the spatial topological relationship, the characteristics and classification of conventional bus lines around rail transit lines are analyzed. According to the characteristics of conventional bus route optimization adjustment under the operation of new rail transit line, the principle and strategy of routine bus line optimization adjustment are given. The research on the conventional bus route alignment adjustment method is mainly aimed at the characteristics of the conventional bus line optimization adjustment under the new rail transit line put into operation. The research on the starting and ending point of conventional bus line is to adjust the O-D matrix of bus trip by reasonably dealing with the transfer passenger flow, and to determine the starting and ending point of conventional public transport according to the principle of the size of passenger flow. The optimization method of station spacing is to establish the optimal station distance model based on the minimum total travel time of passengers. It is discussed that the adjustment of the line simply can not make the total benefit of the two systems optimal. Thus, a cooperative adjustment model of route and operation is established, which aims at minimizing the total cost of travel and operation of regular bus passengers. A comprehensive evaluation method based on grey correlation degree is used to evaluate the adjusted bus network systematically. Taking Ningbo Rail Transit Line No. 1 as an example, this paper analyzes the methods of adjusting the route direction, starting and ending stations and the distance between stations, and obtains the reasonable departure interval and the number of train distribution, and proves the superiority of the method through evaluation.
