【摘要】：為了順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢,加快珠三角地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,推動粵東西北地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,自2008年起,廣東省提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的戰(zhàn)略。隨著鼓勵產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的相關(guān)政策的出臺,部分企業(yè)開始向粵東西北及廣西地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,其中多為勞動密集型和能源消耗型企業(yè)。珠海港集團(tuán)地處珠三角西部,周邊港口競爭環(huán)境較為激烈,且粵西及西江流域都屬于珠海港的腹地范圍。廣東產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對珠海港的腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)及貨量帶來了影響,因此本文圍繞廣東產(chǎn)業(yè)西移對珠海港的貨物吞吐量的影響進(jìn)行了研究。 本文在參考了國內(nèi)外的大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移理論的研究,結(jié)合珠海港近年來不斷投資、擴(kuò)大港口設(shè)施設(shè)備規(guī)模、加強(qiáng)腹地內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,從產(chǎn)業(yè)西移的企業(yè)特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)生貨量的數(shù)據(jù)入手,分析得出產(chǎn)業(yè)西移后,粵西及西江流域?qū)γ禾�、鐵礦石、糧食等大宗干散貨的需求不斷擴(kuò)大,同時集裝箱的生成量不斷增加,對比這些地區(qū)內(nèi)港口近年來的貨物吞吐量數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)珠海港中轉(zhuǎn)貨量的數(shù)據(jù),可發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)西移對珠海港的貨物吞吐量是有較大的促進(jìn)作用的。本文又根據(jù)珠海港腹地主要城市近年來港口貨物吞吐量,使用指數(shù)平滑模型對未來三年珠海港腹地貨物生成量進(jìn)行預(yù)測,結(jié)果是2014年、2015年、2016年珠海港腹地貨物生成量增加,同時珠海港貨物吞吐量也不斷增加。 通過對廣東產(chǎn)業(yè)西移情況的具體分析,結(jié)合珠海港的實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,建議珠海港能夠加大西江流域等腹地內(nèi)的企業(yè)宣傳,使腹地客戶了解并使用珠海港；加強(qiáng)在西江流域的戰(zhàn)略投資,提高腹地內(nèi)的貨源控制能力；開展高附加值的綜合物流服務(wù),提高港口的服務(wù)能力和水平；重視物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建和信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善；抓住西江流域?qū)Z食需求量不斷增加的機(jī)會,開展糧食的裝卸物流業(yè)務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the trend of economic development, accelerate the industrial transformation in the Pearl River Delta and promote the economic development in the northwest of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Province has put forward the strategy of industrial transfer since 2008. With the introduction of related policies to encourage industrial transfer, some enterprises began to transfer to northwest Guangdong and Guangxi, most of which were labor-intensive and energy-consuming enterprises. Pearl River Harbour Group is located in the western Pearl River Delta, the surrounding port competition environment is more intense, and the western Guangdong and Xijiang River basin belong to the hinterland of Pearl River Harbour. The industrial transfer of Guangdong has an impact on the economy and volume of Pearl Harbor, so this paper focuses on the influence of industrial shift to the throughput of Pearl Harbor. On the basis of reference to a large number of literatures at home and abroad, through the research on the theory of industrial transfer, combined with the continuous investment in Pearl Harbor in recent years, the paper expands the scale of port facilities and equipment, and strengthens the actual development of business development in hinterland. Starting with the characteristics of the enterprises and the data of the production volume of the industry moving to the west, it is concluded that after the industry moved to the west, the demand for coal, iron ore, grain and other bulk commodities in the western Guangdong and Xijiang watersheds continued to expand, and at the same time, the production of containers was constantly increasing. By comparing the cargo throughput data of ports in these areas in recent years and the data of transshipment through Pearl Harbor, it is found that the industrial westward shift plays a significant role in promoting the cargo throughput of Pearl Harbor. According to the port cargo throughput of the major cities in the hinterland of Pearl Harbor in recent years, this paper uses the exponential smoothing model to forecast the quantity of goods generated in the hinterland of Pearl Harbor in the next three years. The result is that the quantity of goods generated in the hinterland of Pearl Harbor will increase in 2014, 2015 and 2016. At the same time, Pearl Harbor cargo throughput is also increasing. Through the concrete analysis of Guangdong industry moving to the west and the actual development of Pearl Harbor, it is suggested that Pearl Harbor can increase the enterprise propaganda in the hinterland such as the Xijiang River Basin, so that the hinterland customers can understand and use the Pearl Harbor. Strengthen the strategic investment in the Xijiang River Basin, improve the supply control capacity in the hinterland, carry out the comprehensive logistics service with high added value, improve the service ability and level of the port, attach importance to the construction of the logistics network and the improvement of the information network; Seize the opportunity of increasing grain demand in Xijiang River Basin and carry out grain handling logistics business.
