基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的城市道路建設(shè)時(shí)序優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:完善的城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)是城市交通的主要載體,是保證交通暢通和滿足居民出行需求的基本條件。然而,中國城市道路建設(shè)時(shí)間短且建設(shè)前期缺乏系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃,導(dǎo)致城市道路建設(shè)的規(guī)模和“質(zhì)量”都落后于發(fā)達(dá)國家的城市道路建設(shè)。尤其是近年來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,城市機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量不斷增加,道路資源供不應(yīng)求的現(xiàn)象愈加明顯,導(dǎo)致了交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染等城市交通問題。為解決城市交通問題,需要在不斷完善交通管理措施的基礎(chǔ)上大量建設(shè)城市道路。 然而,受公共財(cái)政的影響城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)不能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)建設(shè)完成,道路建設(shè)是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過程。在這長(zhǎng)期的建設(shè)過程中,如何選取擬建道路、擬建道路的建設(shè)時(shí)序等問題都是建設(shè)決策的關(guān)鍵。道路建設(shè)速度過慢將影響城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,道路建設(shè)速度過快又給公共財(cái)政造成過重的負(fù)擔(dān)且造成資源的浪費(fèi)。因此,如何選取擬建道路和優(yōu)化道路建設(shè)的時(shí)序是非常重要的。 論文首先從復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)中選取影響城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)承載力和阻塞因子的指標(biāo)作為道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。然后,為保證城市道路建設(shè)速度與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度相適應(yīng),提出生成計(jì)劃年建設(shè)項(xiàng)目集的方法對(duì)建設(shè)速度進(jìn)行約束。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目集在確定城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)增長(zhǎng)速度的基礎(chǔ)上,以復(fù)雜加權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)重要度為指標(biāo),從規(guī)劃節(jié)點(diǎn)中選取計(jì)劃年的擬建節(jié)點(diǎn),按照一定的連接規(guī)則將擬建節(jié)點(diǎn)連接到現(xiàn)狀路網(wǎng)中形成新建道路的集合。其次,采用對(duì)偶法將擬建道路抽象為網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn),從結(jié)構(gòu)、距離、容量、效益方面選取指標(biāo)構(gòu)建綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)-理想解法確定最優(yōu)建設(shè)時(shí)序。最后,,運(yùn)用論文中提出的排序方法對(duì)重慶市南岸區(qū)的道路建設(shè)時(shí)序進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。使用道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)新建路網(wǎng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),證明新建路網(wǎng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)于現(xiàn)狀路網(wǎng)。 論文的研究成果解決了城市道路建設(shè)過程中遇到的問題,能夠有效的選取建設(shè)項(xiàng)目并對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合排序。
[Abstract]:Perfect urban road network is the main carrier of urban traffic, which is the basic condition to ensure the smooth traffic and meet the needs of residents. However, the short time of urban road construction in China and the lack of systematic planning in the early stage of construction lead to the scale and "quality" of urban road construction lagging behind the urban road construction in developed countries. Especially in recent years, with the sustained rapid development of Chinese economy, the increasing number of urban motor vehicles and the shortage of road resources, traffic congestion, environmental pollution and other urban traffic problems have become more and more obvious. In order to solve the urban traffic problems, it is necessary to build a large number of urban roads on the basis of continuous improvement of traffic management measures. However, due to the influence of public finance, urban road network can not be completed in a short time, and road construction is a long-term process. In this long-term construction process, how to select the proposed road, the construction timing of the proposed road is the key to the construction decision. The slow speed of road construction will affect the development of urban economy, and the speed of road construction will cause excessive burden to public finance and waste of resources. Therefore, how to select the proposed road and optimize the timing of road construction is very important. Firstly, from the evaluation index of complex network topology structure, the paper selects the indexes that affect the carrying capacity and congestion factor of urban road network as the evaluation index of road network topology structure. Then, in order to ensure the speed of urban road construction and economic development, the method of generating planning year construction project set is put forward to restrict the construction speed. On the basis of determining the growth rate of urban road network nodes and taking the importance of complex weighted network nodes as the index, the construction project set selects the planned nodes from the planning nodes. According to certain connection rules, the proposed nodes are connected to the existing road network to form a set of newly built roads. Secondly, the proposed road is abstracted into a network node by dual method. The comprehensive evaluation system is constructed by selecting indexes from the aspects of structure, distance, capacity and benefit, and the optimal construction time series is determined by entropy weight and ideal solution. Finally, the sequencing method proposed in this paper is used to optimize the sequence of road construction in Nanan District of Chongqing. The evaluation index of road network is used to evaluate the new road network, which proves that the topology of the new road network is superior to that of the present road network. The research results of the paper solve the problems encountered in the process of urban road construction, and can effectively select construction projects and comprehensive ranking of construction projects.
