大跨徑波紋鋼腹板組合梁橋撓度分析

【摘要】:波紋鋼腹板組合箱梁是一種新的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,能夠有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)主梁的輕型化,進(jìn)而減輕下部結(jié)構(gòu)的工程量,同時(shí)解決了混凝土腹板出現(xiàn)斜裂縫的問題。多數(shù)的連續(xù)梁橋在運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中都出現(xiàn)撓度過大的問題,嚴(yán)重影響了橋梁線型的平順、行車的舒適性,因此對(duì)波紋剛腹板組合梁橋的撓度研究有重要意義。 論文闡述了大跨組合連續(xù)箱梁橋設(shè)計(jì)、施工的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀;介紹了考慮剪切變形撓度的計(jì)算理論、混凝土的收縮、徐變以及預(yù)應(yīng)力的損失的機(jī)理以及其對(duì)大跨波紋鋼腹板撓度產(chǎn)生的影響;運(yùn)用Midas civil/FEA建立有限元模型,并將civil/FEA計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性;建立了簡(jiǎn)支梁模型,分析了不同的波紋鋼腹板幾何參數(shù)對(duì)組合箱梁撓度的影響。以邢臺(tái)某大橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘埃,研究了考慮剪切變形、混凝土的收縮徐變、預(yù)應(yīng)力損失及溫度、剛度損失及車輛荷載對(duì)橋梁撓度的影響。通過分析得出了各因素引起撓度變化的規(guī)律。 最后,從設(shè)計(jì)、施工方面給出了一些控制措施,為組合箱梁橋的長(zhǎng)期效應(yīng)計(jì)算、觀測(cè)等提供有用的參考。
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web composite box girder is a new structural form, which can effectively realize the lightening of the main girder, and then reduce the amount of construction of the substructure, at the same time, solve the problem of inclined cracks in concrete web. Most continuous beam bridges have the problem of excessive deflection in operation, which seriously affects the smoothness of bridge alignment and driving comfort, so it is of great significance to study the deflection of corrugated rigid web composite girder bridge. This paper expounds the development and research status of the design and construction of long-span composite continuous box girder bridge, and introduces the calculation theory of considering shear deformation deflection, the shrinkage of concrete, The mechanism of creep and the loss of prestress and its influence on the deflection of long-span corrugated steel webs are analyzed. The finite element model is established by using Midas civil/FEA, and the results of civil/FEA calculation are compared to verify the accuracy of the calculation, and the simply supported beam model is established. The effect of different geometric parameters of corrugated steel web on deflection of composite box girder is analyzed. Taking a bridge in Xingtai as an engineering background, the effects of shear deformation, shrinkage and creep of concrete, loss of prestress and temperature, stiffness loss and vehicle load on the deflection of the bridge are studied. Through analysis, the law of deflection change caused by various factors is obtained. Finally, some control measures are given from the aspects of design and construction, which provide useful reference for the long-term effect calculation and observation of composite box girder bridges.
