小間距平行隧道TBM施工影響分析

【摘要】:結(jié)合重慶軌道交通環(huán)線鳳鳴山站-上橋站區(qū)間TBM施工隧道工程,采用現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測與ANSYS有限元數(shù)值模擬的計(jì)算方法,針對后行隧道施工對先行隧道的受力及其變形的影響進(jìn)行分析。研究表明,在雙線平行隧道施工時(shí),后行隧道施工會(huì)對先行隧道造成擠壓的作用,導(dǎo)致隧道管片橫向變形減小,環(huán)向內(nèi)力改變;并且通過改變雙線平行隧道的間距,認(rèn)為在砂巖(4級圍巖)情況下,隧道凈間距超過6.6m(1D)時(shí),施工相互影響較弱,可以不進(jìn)行加固。
[Abstract]:Combined with the TBM construction project between Fengmingshan Station and Shangqiao Station of Chongqing Rail Transit Loop Line, the field monitoring and ANSYS finite element numerical simulation method are used to analyze the influence of the rear tunnel construction on the stress and deformation of the advance tunnel. The research shows that, in the construction of two-line parallel tunnel, the construction of the rear tunnel will result in the extrusion of the first tunnel, resulting in the decrease of transverse deformation of the tunnel segment, the change of the circumferential internal force, and the change of the spacing of the two-line parallel tunnel. It is considered that in the case of sandstone grade 4 surrounding rock, the construction interaction is weak when the net spacing of the tunnel is greater than 6.6 m ~ (-1), so the reinforcement can not be carried out.
