福州長(zhǎng)樂(lè)國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路二期工程小凈距隧道關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,交通流量也在持續(xù)地增長(zhǎng),為適應(yīng)交通量不斷增長(zhǎng)的需要,越來(lái)越多的單線高速公路隧道要改建為復(fù)線、多線隧道,福建省近年來(lái)較流行的隧道結(jié)構(gòu)形式為單線雙洞連拱隧道。由于連拱隧道的工程造價(jià)、施工難度、施工周期均比雙線雙洞隧道大得多,為此,在工程實(shí)踐中衍生出一種新的結(jié)構(gòu)形式——小凈距隧道。目前,大斷面小凈距隧道施工在國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚少,對(duì)其施工技術(shù)的研究非常必要。福州長(zhǎng)樂(lè)國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)高速公路二期工程巖體構(gòu)造比較復(fù)雜,節(jié)理較發(fā)育,圍巖類別較低,本文以福州長(zhǎng)樂(lè)國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)二期工程魁岐1號(hào)和魁岐2號(hào)隧道為依托工程,圍繞特大斷面小凈距隧道施工方法優(yōu)化分析,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)、采用數(shù)值計(jì)算手段,對(duì)不同級(jí)別圍巖中大斷面小凈距施工方法進(jìn)行研究對(duì)比,分析其對(duì)環(huán)境的影響程度、洞室圍巖應(yīng)力分布的特點(diǎn)以及破壞區(qū)形態(tài)特征,以期尋找各級(jí)圍巖條件中最合理的隧道施工方法。(2)、結(jié)合目前福州市機(jī)場(chǎng)二期魁岐1號(hào)隧道和魁岐2號(hào)隧道具體情況,通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬分析手段,對(duì)不同圍巖級(jí)別條件下大斷面小凈距隧道進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析和研究,以確立大斷面小凈距隧道合理凈距取值判斷準(zhǔn)則,明確其保障措施,提出不同級(jí)別圍巖條件下隧道最小凈距的合理取值,并尋求大斷面小凈距隧道中間巖柱合理的加固方案和技術(shù)措施,為大斷面小凈距隧道相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、施工技術(shù)規(guī)范等的編制提供建議和參考,同時(shí)直接服務(wù)于依托工程的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,帶來(lái)直接的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the national economy, the traffic flow is increasing continuously. In order to meet the needs of increasing traffic volume, more and more single line highway tunnels should be rebuilt into multiple lines, multi line tunnels. In recent years, the more popular tunnel structure in Fujian is a single line double arch tunnel. The construction period is much larger than the double line double tunnel tunnel. For this reason, a new structural form, small net distance tunnel is derived in the engineering practice. At present, the construction of large section and small distance tunnel is few in domestic experience. It is very necessary to study the construction technology. The rock mass structure comparison of the two phase of the Fuzhou Changle International Airport highway engineering is compared. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows: (1), the main research contents are as follows: (1), using numerical calculation method, the construction method of large cross-section and small spacing in different grades of surrounding rock is used in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) The study contrasts the influence of the environment, the characteristics of the stress distribution of the surrounding rock and the morphological characteristics of the failure area, in order to find the most reasonable tunnel construction method at all levels of surrounding rock. (2) combined with the concrete situation of No. 1 Tunnel of Quebec and Quebec No. 2 in Fuzhou airport at present, through numerical simulation analysis means, The structure analysis and study of large section and small distance tunnel under different surrounding rock grade are carried out to establish the criterion for judging the reasonable distance of the tunnel with large section and small distance and clear its guarantee measures. The reasonable value of the minimum net distance of the tunnel under the conditions of different levels of surrounding rock is put forward, and the reasonable reinforcement side of the middle rock column in the large section and small distance tunnel is sought. The case and technical measures provide suggestions and references for the compilation of large cross-section and small distance tunnel related design specifications, construction technical specifications and so on. At the same time, it directly serves the production practice relying on the project and brings direct economic and environmental benefits.
