五象大橋合理狀態(tài)研究及其成橋狀態(tài)參數(shù)敏感性分析

【摘要】:本文研究的五象大橋,屬于結構對稱而施工工藝不對稱的混凝土主塔鋼主梁斜拉橋,該橋的施工特點導致結構在施工過程的受力分析十分復雜,確定的本橋合理狀態(tài)具有重要意義。主要工作內(nèi)容如下:1)對比研究了在五象大橋成橋索力初擬時采用剛性支承連續(xù)梁法、最小彎曲能量法的計算結果,總結出兩種算法確定的拉索索力、土梁彎矩、索塔彎矩支反力等特點,為后文確定五象大橋的合理狀態(tài)打基礎。2)提出了“確定混凝土主塔鋼箱梁斜拉橋合理成橋狀態(tài)的綜合法”。該方法首先運用“最小彎曲能量法”進行恒載索力初擬,然后進行索力調(diào)勻,即可得到一組較均勻的恒載索力,斜拉橋索塔的彎矩較;然后采用應力平衡法考慮活載的影響,計算最小彎矩可行域,基于五象大橋主塔與主梁的材料特性,控制目標物理量可行域時,以主塔應力為主,主梁應力為輔,結合影響矩陣和最小二乘法原理得到成橋狀態(tài)的調(diào)整量,進而可以確定的合理成橋狀態(tài);把“確定混凝土主塔鋼箱梁斜拉橋合理成橋狀態(tài)的綜合法”確定五象大橋的合理成橋狀態(tài),并進行成橋檢驗。驗證了該方法的可行性和實用性。3)提出了一種簡便實用的正裝迭代的方法進行求解安裝索力,與常規(guī)的方法比較,計算較為簡便,并在求解五象大橋的合理施工狀態(tài)中,得以應用。探討了兩種施工方案的合理施工狀態(tài),通過對比分析兩種方案的合理性,提出建議和措施,節(jié)省了工期,提高了功效;確定了合理施工狀態(tài)所需的控制參數(shù)即張拉索力,鋼主梁無應力線形和安裝標高、無應力索長等參數(shù)。4)通過對影響成橋狀態(tài)作參數(shù)敏感性分析:對施工過程的梁重,主梁剛度,主塔剛度,溫度變化,拉索彈性模量等構件參數(shù)的進行偏差預估,并采用nidas/civil進行建模計算分析,對影響鋼箱梁主粱斜拉橋成橋狀態(tài)的構件參數(shù)權重分析,為確保大橋最大限度地逼近合理成橋狀態(tài)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The Wuxiang Bridge studied in this paper belongs to the cable-stayed bridge with symmetrical structure and asymmetrical construction technology. The construction characteristics of the bridge lead to the complicated analysis of the stress of the structure during the construction process. It is of great significance to determine the reasonable state of the bridge. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the calculation results of the rigid supported continuous beam method and the minimum bending energy method in the initial drawing of the cable force of the Wusheng Bridge are compared and studied, and the cable force and the earth beam bending moment determined by the two algorithms are summarized. In order to determine the reasonable state of Wuxiang Bridge, a comprehensive method for determining the reasonable state of the cable-stayed bridge with concrete main tower steel box girder is put forward. In this method, the minimum bending energy method is first used for the initial calculation of the dead load cable force, and then the cable force is adjusted to obtain a group of uniform dead load cable forces, and the cable tower of the cable-stayed bridge has less bending moment, and then the stress balance method is used to consider the effect of live load. Based on the material characteristics of the main tower and main beam of Wuxiang Bridge, the stress of the main tower is the main stress and the stress of the main beam is auxiliary when the feasible region of the target physical quantity is controlled by calculating the feasible region of minimum bending moment. Combined with the influence matrix and the least square method, the adjustment quantity of the bridge state can be obtained, and then the reasonable bridge state can be determined. The reasonable state of Wuxiang Bridge is determined by "Comprehensive method for determining the reasonable completion State of Cable-stayed Bridge with Steel Box girder with main concrete Tower", and the bridge completion test is carried out. The feasibility and practicability of this method are verified. 3) A simple and practical formal iterative method is proposed to solve the installation cable force. Compared with the conventional method, the calculation is relatively simple, and in solving the reasonable construction state of Wuxiang Bridge, Can be applied. This paper probes into the reasonable construction state of the two kinds of construction schemes, by comparing and analyzing the rationality of the two schemes, puts forward some suggestions and measures, saves the construction period, improves the efficiency, and determines the control parameters required for the reasonable construction state, that is, the tension force. Through the parameter sensitivity analysis of the influence on the state of the bridge, such as the beam weight, the stiffness of the main beam, the stiffness of the main tower, the change of temperature, etc. The deviation of elastic modulus of cable and other component parameters are estimated, and nidas/civil is used to model and analyze the weight of component parameters, which affect the state of the steel box girder main beam cable-stayed bridge. The theoretical basis is provided to ensure that the bridge can approach the reasonable state of the bridge as much as possible.
