城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部交通標志設(shè)置優(yōu)化設(shè)計及效果評價

【摘要】:我國處于城市化進程高速發(fā)展的時代,城市的快速發(fā)展與鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的滯后導(dǎo)致在城市與鄉(xiāng)村的連接處出現(xiàn)了一個特殊的地帶——城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部。城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的交通問題不同于城市內(nèi)部的交通問題也不能作為鄉(xiāng)村公路交通問題來解決,因而本文通過對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的道路功能特征進行了深入探討,對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的交通問題進行了研究,這對于改善城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部交通問題,調(diào)整城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)的靜態(tài)交通設(shè)施構(gòu)成模式,對城市周邊的發(fā)展,推動城市化進程快速穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展是有著重要意義的。 本文對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部交通問題的研究主要是從交通標志的設(shè)置問題上著手,通過對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部交通標志問題的分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的道路交通標志存在交通標志種類缺失、交通標志位置不合理、版面設(shè)計不規(guī)范等問題,于是提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案,方案從完善交通標志種類構(gòu)成、合理確定交通標志位置、保持交通標志連續(xù)性、規(guī)范交通標志版面設(shè)計等方面提出了相關(guān)建議。 在制定了相應(yīng)優(yōu)化方案后,本文從交通標志規(guī)范性、交通流運行效果、道路使用者感知效果等方面提出了評價交通標志效果指標體系,并運用屬性數(shù)學(xué)的相關(guān)知識體系討論了各個指標的屬性測度和屬性識別的問題,最后得出了城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部交通標志效果評價體系的綜合測度值。
[Abstract]:China is in the era of rapid development of urbanization, the rapid development of cities and rural development lags behind, leading to the emergence of a special zone in the connection between urban and rural areas-the combination of urban and rural areas. The traffic problem of the urban-rural junction is different from that of the urban interior and can not be solved as a rural road traffic problem, so this paper makes a thorough discussion on the road function characteristics of the urban-rural junction. This paper studies the traffic problems in the urban and rural areas, which can improve the traffic problems in the urban and rural areas, adjust the static traffic facilities in the urban and rural areas, and promote the development of the urban periphery. It is of great significance to promote the rapid and stable development of urbanization process. In this paper, the study of traffic problems in urban-rural junctions mainly starts with the problem of setting up traffic signs. Through the analysis and study of traffic signs in urban-rural junctions, it is found that the road traffic signs in urban-rural junctions are lacking in types of traffic signs. The traffic sign position is unreasonable, the layout design is not standardized and so on, so the corresponding optimization design scheme is put forward. The scheme includes perfecting the traffic sign type composition, reasonably determining the traffic sign position, and keeping the traffic sign continuity. Standardization of traffic signs layout design and other aspects of the relevant suggestions. After making the corresponding optimization scheme, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of traffic sign effect from the aspects of traffic sign standardization, traffic flow operation effect, road user perception effect and so on. Using the related knowledge system of attribute mathematics, the paper discusses the problem of attribute measure and attribute recognition of each index, and finally obtains the comprehensive measure value of the evaluation system of traffic sign effect in urban and rural areas.
